He told me that there was no place to wait on the truck at the business. As I could not drop it off, and we live only about 3 miles from the detail shop. I felt this service was kind and gracious on Scales' part, greatly helping me out of this predicament and saving me two Uber rides. The full detail was quoted at $225 for four hours work. This detail job was done perfectly at this reasonable price. The inside was steam cleaned, vacuumed and polished expertly! I was more than pleased with this work. The outside was washed and this included wheel wells, engine compartments, bed and bed covers, and all windows inside and out! Even the truck license plate was polished! Wheels and tires were cleaned. The truck was delivered 4 hours and 20 minutes later after pickup at 8:00 am sharp as had been arranged. Zack was courteous, friendly and fully professional. I paid $225 cash with an appropriate gratuity added. I couldn't be happier! My truck looks better than new! I will certainly use Scales Auto Detailing in the future, and I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing a professional car detailing!
