Enjoyed massage while I waited for my toes to dry under drying table. Got to car and realized how bad they look. The skin around toes has polish and some of the nails are missing polish. They wanted me to pay for my pedicure and give the tip before even having the service. Since when do you pay for the service before having it ? Never in my life. Their reasoning is that "it's a high end service". I'm sorry but never in my life even for a tattoo which is thousands, you don't pay prior.

When I don't request Jason or walk in it's kind of hit or miss but miss as in not fabulous. I've never had a truly bad experience here. There are two TVs usually with the news and a nature show on. You get a discount for using cash and joining the membership is well worth it.
