I decided to take off my acrylic nails & not rip them off at home! BIG MISTAKE I should have just ripped them off at home it would have been less painful. She ripped my nails off the same way BUT WORSE IT HURT SO BAD!! I told her it was hurting over and over and she continued even after looking at my face in pain! The salon was pretty but the service was disappointing. Waited 20 minutes after my appointment for an acrylic removal and gel manicure. She started cutting off my acrylics then ripping them off with another nail. Very painful! The gel polish was not applied evenly on my nails either. read more

Trang and Ivy are the only people who know what they're actually doing. The woman in the last row on the left side is absolutely horrible. I've gone to her twice now due to last minute appointments and she is always distracted and talking to other workers while doing my nails. She even stopped in the middle of my service to meet with a real estate woman. I'm not sure what her name is but she is unbelievably unprofessional and does a terrible job both times with my nails. They are all different lengths and the acrylic is lumpy and not smooth at all. I also just got them done on Friday and they already look like they have grown out for a week yet it's only been two days. My pinky nail isn't even completely covered with acrylic. Horrible experience and do not recommend anyone except Trang or Ivy. read more

Two stars and that's just because they are "nice". However, twice now I've gone there and been overcharged on my service. After tipping more than %20 every time as well. It's whenever I say no to a receipt. Guess that's my fault but then you call and they are like "well we can't do anything about it." Oh... okay. So I will not be returning and will absolutely be warning people to always get a receipt and check their accounts after leaving there, if they still decide to go. Hate leaving bad reviews but that phone call with them just now just left me fuming. read more

I used to go somewhere else but I am going to go here from now on. I didn't have to wait and Anna who did my nails was friendly and efficient and she give me exactly what I wanted. I have been going to this salon for several months (since they opened). In the beginning the staff were very attentive, friendly and thorough. It makes me sad to admit that it's a horrible experience that has me posting a review. My last couple of visits have been worse than the ones before. After today I will not waste my time or money on a nail salon that does not listen to what the customer wants. I was treated with no respect before, during or afterwards. I did vocalize my concerns several times and was ignored. My nails are horrific now in shape and color. My cuticles are raw and sore. I also have polish on my hands. I am extremely disappointed and now need to find someone who can fix them. read more

My daughter and a friend went to get their nails done. The lady on the phone quoted them $32, they went to pay and my daughter was charged $10 more and her friend was charged $20 more(she only got 4 tiny stickers). I guess they saw two young girls walk in and thought it was ok to rip them off! First and last time there! Don't recommend!!! read more

I've been here 3 times and I've had a good experience each time. The staff have been friendly and helpful and I've been really pleased with their work. I get gel manicures and basic pedicures, so those are the only services I can speak to, but they've turned out great each time. The first time I came here, I came with my bridal party to get mani/pedis before my wedding (I made an appointment since I had a bunch of people) and they were super accommodating and everyone was happy with their nails. The salon is really nice looking, clean and nicely laid out. I feel like I'll need to come here a few more times before I feel comfortable giving 5 stars, but overall, this is a great salon! read more

I really wanted to love this place because of how nice it is now that they moved. This place was formerly Platinum nails. Please don't waste your money here!! I had Trang, and my nails overall came out okay, but she made a few of my acrylics too thick and my right index finger has a huge indent on it that is extremely noticeable. She got my skin with the electric filing tool and made me bleed on almost every single finger, my hands are in so much pain! Not to mention she was extremely rude when I brought it to her attention, and got mad when I asked her to make my nails a little bit shorter after she already put the acrylic on. Getting yelled at and leaving with bloody hands wasn't worth the $40. read more

I love the salon, so clean and spacious. My only compliant is I always feel rushed. I feel like I can't relax and enjoy getting my nails done. I went back 1 time because I needed a nail repaired and the tech fixed my nail while doing another client's nails. We sat side by side and she was switching off. Terrible service I went in for a pedicure they said come back 15 minutes I did they sat me in a pedicure station left me there in an empty tub for 20 minutes with 2 technicians walking around doing I don't know what . When I said something she says you left and came back and there were 2 other people that came in my response you said 15 minutes I came back in 15 minutes and had me sitting never again. I have been going to Pleasant Nails and Spa, for a very long time and I will always attend. Trang, Tina and Helen are my go to girls, as well as Joanna for pedicure and nails. I do not recommend having the man that is there once in awhile, that has been with this place sense it was Platinum nails do a pedicure or fill/manicure on you. He is very quick and fast with pedicures, does not take his time, and when I was once questioned what shape I wanted for my acrylics he was not pleased with it and said it's easier for him to do it another way, and repeated himself two more times to see if I would change my mind with an attitude which in fact mind you all the girls there know I get my nails as short as they can go and square. He did not like the fact he could not do them square round, because he said that would be quicker. I also one day requested a spa pedicure and I was hesitant about him doing it, and of course he was so quick, over all sucked and did not do all the steps to the pedicure spa as well. Also I recommend 2 friends of mines to attend this salon for a full set, they both had him and said he was rude and their nails popped off the next day. I was very u happy to hear that. Also a new girl there that is amazing with flower designs, she is great to see for nails but not pedicures, she is to quick and does not take her time. Jen is also fabulous for nails as well, but again I don't recommend her for a pedicure because she is also to quick with them and it does not give you a relaxing experience. Ana is great with pedicures and takes the time to get the dead skin off and furthermore, but the go to person for pedicures is Joanna. She has been doing my feet sense I was 14 and I am 25 now. Every business has its flaws, but overall I love the atmosphere and it's a homey feeling to me when I come here and I never really had a problem, some technicians could just improve on pedicure services! read more
