The place is very neat and clean. I so appreciate that. The girl who did my pedicure did a decent job. It looked nice. However they could certainly use a better top coat. It was very dull and not shiny. I actually put a top coat on when I got home. I don't have pedicures often. I used to as a teen/early 20s. I found them to be more relaxing and better, and the technicians to be friendly and personable. I found it to be very in and out without much interaction. read more

Average salon. I got there early and they were kind enough to open door as it was raining outside. Honey pedicure was about 20 minutes-removing gel, callus remover and painting. Enjoyed massage while I waited for my toes to dry under drying table. Got to car and realized how bad they look. The skin around toes has polish and some of the nails are missing polish. I am a manicure veteran and have seen it all! This ranks as one of the worst places I have ever gone to. They have that vibe that they want to get you in and out. Place is super messy--nail dust and nails all over the surfaces, my phone was covered (gross). Used utensils/tools sitting out, no effort to make the space you are having your service at clean and welcoming. Manicurists don't wear gloves. Manicurist was BLOWING on my nails--like how about use a small fan like every other salon does lol Owner needs to go to Boston nail salons and see how it's done. I will never return--nope! read more

Was nervous to try a new nail place. Found this one in Dartmouth! From the moment I stepped in I knew it was going to be a great experience. Owner didn't try to upsell me to a more expensive procedure. I brought a picture of what I wanted and they truly nailed it! I got Nicole as my nail tech. She HANDS DOWN was the best nail tech I ever had in a very very very long time! Took her time making sure every nail looked perfect. Hot towel treatment at the end and you even get a two minute back rub while your nails dry. I have found my new place!! read more

Not a good first experience here. I booked an appointment for a mani, arrived early and was completely rushed choosing my nail color, to the point where the male nail tech stood behind me and watched over my shoulder while I chose. He rushed through my entire gel manicure. Never soaked my nails, didn't trim my cuticles, just flew through the service. When I got to my car I noticed almost every single nail was streaked, he rushed so fast the top coat never dried, even with gel, and every nail looked terrible. I walked back in and had to sit for another 30 minutes while someone new took off the top coat and had to rebuff and repaint my nails. She was wonderful and called him over to show him what he did. If I do return I will not ever go to that male nail tech again. read more

I've tried this place multiple times. I'm not happy, but I'm not completely disappointed . I leave with painted toes which is the goal. However, the foot rub is mediocre are best. I find that the male techs aren't that great at the foot rub. Last time I was in I had a female and she was much better, so I came back. I've been going Yolo since they opened their location in Dartmouth and was in love never had an issue always loved my manicure and pedicure up until recently I had a uv gel set done and it was one of the worst sets I've had done. first off the technician didn't clean my nails cut my cuticles or anything as others have in the past. secondly a few of my nails were misshaped and look terrible and lastly I've had my set in for two weeks and already had a nail pop off ... never has that happened the prior times I have gone.. my set would last three and half weeks and never had a nail pop off. today I went for a pedicure and it was one of the worst I've had the tech rushed through it I asked for a ten minute massage and all I got was one leg massaged you would like they would split the time five minutes on each leg. barely cleaned my nails or even shaped them they look horrendous and I'm very unsatisfied with the services lately. and i always tip well . I will say there is one tech and I believe her name is Nicole and shes awesome but the gentleman I've had the past two times is horrible and next time if I decide to go back I will say I don't want him. very upset read more

Was in the area for an appointment and saw their "Grand Opening " sign! First impression was fantastic!Walking into this place - I take in a brand new spa with modern decor - at least a dozen brand new pedicure chairs- clean manicure tables and plenty of TV's! Since the place just opened I was their only customer- so I was promptly greeted and provided an easy to read menu of the various spa pedicures available. I chose the lavender spa pedicure which came with a towel wrap, 15 min massage, and a hot stone experience. The tech was very gentle - the water was just right (don't you hate putting your feet in boiling water?!?) towels were hot, and the stone treatment was fabulous! The leg massage was also so relaxing! The pedicure chair was also a massage chair and the tech had it on gentle - this was the best massage chair I've experienced in a while - I also had the controls at my hands if I wanted to shut it off or increase /decrease the intensity. The wing tables on the chair also provided a nice place to hold my coffee (beverages are allowed). The entire pedicure experience was A+ I also got the basic manicure which came with a hand arm massage, hot towel treatment and plenty of lotion. When I went to the dryer table I was pleasantly surprised by a 3 minute neck and shoulder massage too! They offer free WiFi, complimentary bottled water - TVs are on mute but have captions you can read. Their music was audible but not blaring and they clearly use a music service that has no commercials- was a good mix too! I was presented with a 20% discount due to their grand opening special which was a great surprise! They also provided me with a membership card and with frequent visits I can earn points for money off future bookings. I'll be back for sure and really hope they gain some clients! Not sure how long they are running the grand opening promotion so hurry in!! read more

I was extremely happy up until last night when I had booked a dip manicure as well as a spa pedicure. I showed up early for my appointment, I was greeted immediately, and asked to pick a color and a male technician said to have a seat for my pedicure first. I have never seen this employee before on the times I have been there. It was clear he was new at this, he dropped the nail buff (small green square) on the floor and looked to see if I noticed it fell. He tried to make off, it was on the side of the foot tub. The two male employees were talking and I could see he was being told what or how to complete my service. My description was for 50 minutes, my feet were in the water for a total of 8 minutes, yes I did time it. He removed my nail polish and (that is when my feet were in and out of the water) He then removed the plastic wrap and hot towels the used the scrub part of the package to rub my leg and not a massage. Then he used the lotion, and realized he did not paint my toe nails. I was charged $59 for this service I was then asked to sit at the table facing the TV wall, he removed my old polish, used a file to round my nails on the side and straight in the middle, he then started to dip polish, my nails never were in water (manicure) or even removed the cuticle or push back the nail bed. I was never asked to wash my hands as well or did he use the fan to collect the filings from the shaping of my nails (which I was never asked what shape, I had to say do not cut and leave square). He saw me looking at my nails, and asked me if everything was ok, I said I would like square please.) This I paid $50 for basically a polish change. In total I was charged $109 for a horrible job I was in and out within 64 minutes, mind you my pedicure should of been 50 minutes. I should not have to be serviced and charged for someone who clearly does not know what they were doing. I will be returning to my old nail place. $109 down the drain... read more
