They happily took almost 30$ of my money for the knockoff, and didn't even offer to build it out (which my local vape shop does as a courtesy to anyone who buys an atomizer). Purchased a smok rolo and Benny charged me $50 for the Rolo and 1 pack of pods. Looking online and I see the same smok for $16! Ripoff and shady. While he was nice I don't appreciate being ripped off. I could have purchased 2 Rolos and pods for what I spent. If I could give less then one star I would. As the day went on I noticed that every time I used the device i would get a pounding heartaches. I made no changes to the device and the tank was full. I attempted to call the next morning but it seems the store didn't open till 2 p.m. .Once I was on the phone with who I believe was the manager and after explaining my side, I was told that their store does no returns and no exchanges unless their is a problem with the device. I told him I was never informed of this information instead led to believe that you could in fact help me. He goes on a rant to explain why no returns and no exchanges, he says if the box is open other customers would not want to buy it. He then puts his foot in his mouth and says " If the box was open here and if you had a problem with it, we would take it back". The box was in fact opened there (by Tony), I in fact do have a problem with it, and yet you won't take it back. I bought the packs brought them home opened them and they were filthy, no serial or package number on the box and when I opened it the pods looked nothing like original ones from Pax Labs.
