I returned right away and showed the damage to the manager, who attempted to fix it on the spot -- unfortunately, without success. She did take appropriate steps, including photographing the damage and completing a standard company incident report for the General Manager to review. The General Manager later contacted me and stated that they use only the safest products, materials and clean towels, and that the company would not take responsibility for the damage. When I suggested that the damage might have been caused by an employee wearing a watch or bracelet, he firmly stated that his staff does not wear any wristwear. Fortunately, my vehicle has a window mounted camera. Upon reviewing the footage, I found clear video evidence of employees wearing watches and an employee wearing a bracelet while cleaning my dash. The attached photos are screenshots taken directly from that footage. I have provided this evidence to the company and followed up with multiple emails describing the damage, but they have continued to deny responsibility. The damage is permanent and will require a full dashboard replacement estimated at $3,400. I will provide updates as this issue progresses.

But as that seems to only be at one location I would not recommend that package unless you are really sure you are going to use it. There are sometimes really long waits and you lose a good part of your day getting it done. I often went to other locations for the ceramic and took care of the inside myself, which takes much less time. With all I help run time and money are important. The staff are very nice at the other locations but I wish all had a place to vacuum out your car. Not all do. So the staff are amazing in customer service, but if you get an unlimited package I would only go as high as Ceramic. Unless you just happen to live in Pepper Pike. It will save you money on a good wash. Good service. You will appreciate it in the winter months.

The high pressure coin stalls work well along with the foaming brush. All automated car washes do just a minimal job of cleaning the underside of the car. This is why I use the high pressure soap wands to remove salt from the undercarriage. When its really cold out, I use the automated touch-less stall which do a pretty good job. Ultimate Wash is one of the few touch-less washes out there.

I have had my vehicle serviced like clockwork with this location since I purchased my vehicle from another Vendor brand new 2013. I Never missed the recommendation for oil changes or anything with the vehicle. And then, in January, of 2022 I took my car in for the usual recommended oil change and servicing. Within a month, I started, noticing that the vehicle was not running as smooth as it should've been, and made an appointment to have It looked at & found out that there were "shavings in the oil" which meant there was a problem with the engine. The repair cost me over $5000 which totally blew me away because I have been on top of any and everything pertains to this car because I totally love my beetle bug! How can a person get their oil changed along with the factory recommendations on a vehicle a month prior to be told the next month that particles from metal were found in the oil pan from the engine? That vehicle was my only mode of transportation. Which meant whatever I had put aside and sell had to be used to get this matter fixed. Yes, the work was done on my vehicle. The Service workers Rock! I have not had any problems with it since and I shouldn't have problems because it cost me over $5000. About 5 months later, the motor went out for the Convertible Top. This also cost me over $5000! Which means I spent over $10,000 on my vehicle within a year. I do admit that it turned out that my daughters shoe somehow became lodged with the convertible top. When I used the mechanics to seal and close the top I take full responsibility for that, but I don't take responsibility, nor my bad feelings for what happened to me next when I came in to pay the second bill within a seven month Period. When I came in to pay, I wrote a check to cover the expenses and was told that they did not except checks for that amount of money. I reminded the workers behind the desk that I was there less than seven months ago and I paid them by check for the work that was done on my engine a month after I had it serviced by them I was told everything was fine with the vehicle after my routine recommendations were finished on my vehicle. I then went to my bank teller at Huntington Bank, and had a bank check issued and made out to Streetsboro Volkswagen in which the attendant held a check up in the air & then towards the ground as it to say to me that it was a fraud check. I was mortified at the time that he would do that because people were in line waiting to pay for their vehicles, I felt that my check was handled as though it was a fraud ad though I wrote a bad check when it was clearly a bank certified check. I was so embarrassed that I just walked away to cool off and came back in which I watched as another worker along with another staff member was in the back room, which had clear glass staring at the Huntington Bank Check and counting the numbers on the bottom of the check. I approached them and asked what were they staring so intently at? They said that they wanted to make sure the check had the 'proper' amount of information at the bottom. I replied ' i'm not sure what's going on here, . But If you need to have someone else check a certified bank check to make sure it's appropriate. You're probably in the wrong job. I walked away and contacted the management by phone the next morning to let them know what had happened. This is one of three situations within the past three years that have happened at this establishment and I'd rather take my car anywhere else to have it serviced than to the Volkswagen location in Streetsboro. Please understand, I don't have a problem with the mechanics; the mechanics I would give a five out of five stars! It's what I've been experiencing and dealing with the staff behind the desk, and in the back office with the windows has brought me to the point that I would rather drive to Medina, Willoughby, and even North Olmsted to have my vehicle serviced rather than 5 miles up the street to Streetsboro Volkswagen.

We get there and checked in and the sales person has us sit down and fill out an incidence waiver and give my drivers license to test drive the car. I looked at my phone and I had a text We get there and see I had a text from someone else there that said someone just came in at 7 and was test driving the car. I didn't see the text prior as I don't text and drive. I asked the sales person if the car was there and she said no it was on a test drive. My wife and I looked at each other and said we are out of here. I don't do business that way. The dealer said they don't hold cars and it's on first come first serve. I guess then why take appointments ? They knew I was coming. I drove over 20 miles to see the car. I wasn't wasting my time anymore and don't deal with unethical people or businesses.
