While traveling from Florida through Ohio, I visited this carwash on Friday, June 20, 2025. After leaving, I immediately noticed that my dashboard had been badly scratched. I returned right away and showed the damage to the manager, who attempted to fix it on the spot -- unfortunately, without success. She did take appropriate steps, including photographing the damage and completing a standard company incident report for the General Manager to review. The General Manager later contacted me and stated that they use only the safest products, materials and clean towels, and that the company would not take responsibility for the damage. When I suggested that the damage might have been caused by an employee wearing a watch or bracelet, he firmly stated that his staff does not wear any wristwear. Fortunately, my vehicle has a window mounted camera. Upon reviewing the footage, I found clear video evidence of employees wearing watches and an employee wearing a bracelet while cleaning my dash. The attached photos are screenshots taken directly from that footage. I have provided this evidence to the company and followed up with multiple emails describing the damage, but they have continued to deny responsibility. The damage is permanent and will require a full dashboard replacement estimated at $3,400. I will provide updates as this issue progresses. read more

I have enjoyed my year service at waterway. I went and got the highest package for a year that included inside and out. But as that seems to only be at one location I would not recommend that package unless you are really sure you are going to use it. There are sometimes really long waits and you lose a good part of your day getting it done. I often went to other locations for the ceramic and took care of the inside myself, which takes much less time. With all I help run time and money are important. The staff are very nice at the other locations but I wish all had a place to vacuum out your car. Not all do. So the staff are amazing in customer service, but if you get an unlimited package I would only go as high as Ceramic. Unless you just happen to live in Pepper Pike. It will save you money on a good wash. Good service. You will appreciate it in the winter months. read more

They do a perfect wash. And they have a lot of options. They are a little pricey but it is well worth it.

Decided to get The Whole Thing exterior and interior done the other day but was left disappointed with how my car looked. I should have known better considering that almost everyone working there is younger than 20, so the work product is about as good as one can expect from young kids these days. I would not recommend this carwash to my friends and would say that anyone considering The Whole Thing for $45 is wasting their money. read more

$30 for a car wash to do the inside and out. There was no vacuuming between seats or under the front of the seats. I paid two dollars extra to have the back of my van vacuumed which didn't appear to be done at all. There is no attention to detail at this car wash. My windows were supposed to be cleaned The center of most of the windows look like it was washed however the edges were not hit at all. My Driver side window was done so poorly I came home and re-washed it. If you have a lot of money and you just want a subpar quick clean up. Then this is the car wash for you. read more

Low quality wash - worse since they don't towel dry anymore. The water spots are awful.

Today I decided to give Waterway Carwash one more try and again disappointed in how they cleaned in the inside of my car. I got the "Whole Package" and mat cleaning. Horrible job. You can see the photos that they supposedly did which are filthy. Than I spent 10-15 minutes easily cleaning what they could not. Absolutely ridiculous. When I received the google response to email the owner, I did email him (see below), but no response again?? I am never going here again. Hopefully I can get my money back. read more

This was a horrible experience. I signed up for the monthly unlimited washes and it seemed to good to be true. It was. First wash was okay. Second wash there was a lot of heavy blows from the brushes. When I got out of the wash, I was concerned about the impact and I noticed that I couldn't see the rear washer arm on my BMW X5. Going around the back of the car, I found that it was completely destroyed. OEM replacement arm was destroyed at the next wash and third wash an attendant rushed out of the office to put the arm in place. Broken, and another OEM replacement!!! Final straw, another destruction of the wiper arm and I gave my card to the nice people toweling off my car and said "that was it". I got a nice email from a Waterways marketing assistant, apologizing and saying that a manager would call me. Didn't happen. Wrote the marketing assistant to relay that, and never was contacted by the manager!! Avoid at all costs!!! They are the worst!!!! read more

Purchased a wash package for $22 and was told I could come back within 3 days for another was for free and it didn't matter what car I brought back. So my husband went back the next day with the necessary receipt for a wash but was denied and they told him it had to be the same car. We wouldn't have bothered to go out of our way to go back if they weren't going to honor what was previously told to me. Very disappointing. We won't be back. There are far too many other car washes to go to to patronize this one. Please educate your employees on your proper policies so they won't give out false information. This used to be a great place to get a good car wash. And it was the only car wash where they would towel-dry your car. That's gone and they're telling customers they've improved their equipment and towel drying is no longer necessary. But the last two times I've been there my car was just as wet at the end of the wash as it was before they "upgraded" their equipment and I drove away with my front and back windshield covered in water. I can get a quick car wash at any gas station and pay a lot less. Disappointed read more

My waifs and go to Waterways every Tuesday for the free tire shine upgrade. Check out the picture of how clean they got my trunk after a weekend of dirty golf clubs and carts. Jamie is the nicest lady there. Always asks about our children and even pulled a dead bird out of my grill. read more

Absolutely terrible wash. I upgraded to the $20 wheel deal express. The pre wash, didn't even get a fender done before it moved me into the wash, let alone anywhere else. When this place opened they hand dried your vehicle following the wash. Apparently this changed last week and I was told it was because they "upped it and now it doesn't leave water spots which is why they originally hand dried it". They also used to apply the tire dressing after the towel dry, now not sure what they put it on with but, it didn't cover half of my tire and it's all over my the wheels and it was applied by a machine in the wash apparently because nobody touched the truck after the wash. Before I even got home I knew the no water spots was not accurate because the mirrors were still dirty and spotted. Once I got home the Jeep is still filthy! Will not return. I'd rather go to a spray and wash before returning. read more

Took my car to waterway. 30 minutes later saw several scratches on bumper and up the hood. About 8 or 9 of them as if the car wash mechanism came down too far and scratched them. Went back to the car wash and was told I would have to come back when the manager was there. I did the following morning. She was less than helpful and, in my opinion dishonest. She told me they could have happened by scraping the snow off my car. I mentioned that I park my car in the garage and who scrapes snow off their bumper and front of hood like that. Went to a body shop. They thought it looked like it was damaged in a car wash. I paid about $1,000 for the repair. The worst part... my wife ran into someone who used to work there. They told her that the manager will not pay for problems like that. I realize this is simply my thought on this, which is why I did not write it right away. I waited over a month. I would never use them again. Cancelled membership. Good luck if you ever have a problem there. read more
