LIFESAVERS! Twas the night before Christmas Eve, and all seemed well - until my friend threw a jacket in the wash THAT HAD MY PHONE IN THE POCKET. We were both freaking out, as I had not backed up my phone since July of this year (bad I know), and also because while the Samsung S7 Edge IS water resistant, I had broken it a ton before this incident (screen has spider web cracks and a dead zone + back glass broken + camera broken) so I wasn't down to test that out. Got it out of the wash within 5 minutes of realizing it was in there - and immediately threw it in a bag of rice/cushioned by towel to absorb the water. My first thought was to back it up asap before it short circuited, but it was at the point where the computer wouldn't register a phone being plugged into it, so I knew I'd need to find a repair guy. Unfortunately it was the night before Christmas eve and everywhere was closed. EXCEPT THIS ONE. I actually had no idea this was even here, I tend to forget about the cart stalls. Anyways, booked the heck over to this place - which was thankfully across the street from my friend's house - and got the phone to him super fast. In total for water damage clean out (no screen or speaker fixup despite it needing it - because I was getting a new phone for Christmas anyways) ended up at $75.60, and I picked it up just today at 3:30pm. He even fixed the speakers anyways at no additional cost, which was SO nice of him to do. Even though I've gotten a new phone, I'll likely drop by here again sometime in the not too distant future to repair the screen so I have a backup phone. Seriously, this guy is a lifesaver. DEFINITELY bring your phone here for repairs, they're also open til 9pm usually - and most repair places close by 6pm. read more

My phone was a mess, seriously. I took wrecking a brand new iPhone 11 Pro to a whole new level. I'm talking broken camera, broken back glass, broken screen... Sean was really nice and helpful. Ultimate Wireless Solution, I want to thank you again for your help. Short story, I upgraded my phone with At&t and they were running a promotion. I was able to get a new phone and 2 tablets. I give the tablets to my kids and with the luck I have 1 of the kids drop it and shatter not only the screen but the LCD. I contact At&t for help, but was given a terrible offer for repair. I am stuck with a tablet, paying for a service, but cant use it. Unfair to one kid I decide to find a way to get this fixed.
