I've used this store on three occasions. Twice they could fix my phone, once they could not. They thoroughly explained the issues each time and what they did to repair or try to repair. If your phone gets wet they charge $40 to open it up. That money goes toward the repair if they're able to fix it. In my case they were not but they applied it to an unlocked phone. They're conveniently located nearby, and when I contacted them, they responded immediately with an estimate by text. I scheduled an appointment--although they also accept walk-ins--and they replaced my screen in less than an hour. The Invisible Armor staff have done a great job several times now, everything from Screen Protectors to Batteries and screens, and even tutoring help with your phone. They replaced my Battery on Saturday, and Alfonso and the team had a great service attitude. Update: Though my Face ID couldn't be fixed today, the owner was very helpful, heard me out, and he replaced my battery (which was my next thing on my to do list as my phone was horribly slow). I will be going to make an appt to figure out the ID situation next week, hopefully it goes well, and I can give an even better update! As for the palm rejection, I don't see it happening so far, but it was also something that took a while to notice last time. He did install a new screen, so I doubt I'd have an issue. Anyway, don't be like me and wait, go back right away if any issues arise. Customer service was a 10/10. Speed of service 10/10 especially considering Mainplace mall is packed due to the holidays Yes, Face ID was working perfectly fine beforehand, which is what has frustrated me the most about getting the screen fixed because it was fine. I felt I had to give up a feature just to have a better screen, which with the constant lack of palm rejection, I can't even say it's much better. It's just not broken. I've had screen repairs throughout the years, and I've never experienced an issue with any screen replacement . I will be stopping by this weekend. I don't expect much since it's basically my word against a company, and just like you cannot prove it was working beforehand, I can't prove it either. read more

I've gone in a few extra times after they replaced everything on my phone. 1st to replace everything screen frame and back. After I got it back, I noticed the pixels get black, and screen turn yellow. I requested that to be fixed. They did, but then the camera and flash didn't work so I had to go back again. Now the pixels are bad on low brightness, the touch doesn't work to turn on my screen, the calls are extra sensitive like people can hear taps and it freezes on maps. Also this new tech said my battery is not original so I don't know if it was taken during the process and replaced with a cheaper one. It dies a lot faster. Didn't replace the battery ever but I truly don't know how that happened. Getting a new phone. Not worth replacing screen with battery. I couldn't go back again. It's been too many times to risk another problem. I should've bought a new phone instead with the $300. One thing I will say is customer service is very great, very attentive, and I really appreciate them for trying. They helped me the same day with any issue and are very kind. Thank you. read more

I'd rate it zero stars if I could. Horrible experience. First they sold me the WRONG iPad after they mistakenly mislabeled the iPad (I purchased an iPad with a larger gigabyte and received a smaller gigabyte after checking the device info once I got home and set up the iPad). I go back and tell them what's up and they admit it's a mistake on their end as it was mislabeled by an associate. Cool. They compensated me by offering me a deal on a newer iPad, newer Apple pen, and new case all at a discounted price (around $450). I use it for about two weeks and around the fourth week I notice it starts glitching and restarting. At this time my warranty has extended the 30 days so I have no choice but to take it to Apple. Apple assess it and diagnoses it as a software issue. Literally two days later, more glitching and now currently being alerted to plug iPad into iMac for software restoration. Apple's Genius Bar has now diagnosed it as a hardware malfunction. The iPad is covered by Apple care but under the previous owner so now I'm stuck with a broken iPad and nearly $500 down the drain. Time and money wasted. Zero out of ten DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING HERE. read more
