I have brought multiple shirts to this site to be cleaned. They have not cleaned any of my items. They are pressing dirty shirts. Money wasted and I will not be returning. Check your items to ensure that they are in fact clean and not just pressed. read more

I've only had one experience with this dry cleaner but they did a great job of cleaning and pressing a pair of dress pants. I dropped off on a Tuesday and picked up on the Friday of the same week, which I consider reasonable. It was about $5.50. I don't know if they offer faster service at a higher price. Service was friendly and quick. I'll be using them as my regular dry cleaner now. Update 4/17/13 - I've been taking my clothes here for a few years now and they have been consistently great. The new location is a nice update from the old place and is in a much more convenient location (for me, at least). I'd recommend them to anyone. read more

Not at all pleased with their alterations. The hemming is fine, but both of the trousers I had taken in at the waist are now ruined. They took them in at the BACK seam, so now they poke out in the butt area in a really weird way. Waists are supposed to be taken in at the side seams for a darn good reason! Going to try and get a refund on both of these and then see if I can somehow get them fixed elsewhere. read more

I love this family owned dry cleaner! They soft press, hand press, wrap buttons, fix loose hems, and have attention to detail, so long as you ask. A little pricy but worth it for them to take care of the wardrobe. Found it when transitional housing during relocation back from Cali. I now drive from Seattle just to get my clothes cleaned with care; worth the drive. The wife has altered jeans with original hem, shortened a couple of dresses; and a work jacket for me. I go to A Perfect Fit in Ballard/Crown Hill for moving buttons on work suits but this place is completely capable and does a quality job with simple alterations too! read more

Hands down the best cleaners I have used. ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS willing to accommodate the customer. They have helped us with sewing buttons to cleaning comforters and everything inbetween. Do yourself a favor and bring them your cleaning and clothing repairs. read more

I've had appalling service from them. Last month I had them let the waist out on several pairs of very expensive slacks. When I got them back, one pair had chemical burn holes in it, and another had a belt loop at a 30-degree angle to the waist. When I took them back, they ignored the conversation about the holes saying there was nothing they can do. When I had them fix the belt loop, they charged me for it and then used a very different color thread and sewed across the top of the material rather than a hidden stitch. I will never trust them with any of my clothes again. read more

I've been using laundry/dry cleaning services for many years and these guys do the best job of any I've ever used. I've got many years use from clothes that other laundries used to wear out in 5 or 6 washes. Prices are reasonable and the service is friendly and dependable. read more

I've been coming here couple times. First to alter my jeans, second to add straps to my strapless dress. The alteration usually is about a week but she managed to do it for the next day! Great Landry service run by some of the friendliest, most easy going, gentle folks you will encounter. I wish I knew the owners name, he remembered mine the second time I was in his shop. Not as convenient as some but worth the out of the way drive. They do an outstanding job washing and pressing my dress shirts. Mind you I like a little crispness in my collar. They always seem to use just the right amount of starch. The prices are more than fair. Their hours are better than most. The turnaround time is fantastic. Once and awhile you will even see younger family members hanging around. It is an all-around positive experience. Go try them, I think they will be a good fit. read more
