I have a brand new truck with only 3k miles on it. I had taken it camping a couple weeks ago and wanted it dusted and vaccinated on the inside. I live in Nampa so I usually have it washed there. But I wanted it dried and what not so I came to Boise to have it done at Ultra Touch. I got my truck and it's still dirty, not dusted, dirty windows and water spots on my mirrors. Definitely not worth the money or the drive I made. I used to go here years ago and they did so good. Not now! Very disappointed and I won't be back. read more

The main owner, bounced pay checks, and bankruptcy and closed permanently, summer 2025. The workers, ran the car wash, gas station, detail shop, inside store part, all were awesome, did excellent work, phenomenal customer service. Sad, they've all had to seek jobs elsewhere, because of the dumb owner, was greedy, spend spends spends, and owed a lot to a lot, because he doesn't pay his bills, or employees right either. The ultra touch has been like a historic car wash, the former owner, had sold it. The newest owner ruined it, the employees would do everything they could to get it up and running great again, and it seemed like the newer owner was on purposely sobitashing it. Maybe because the Jacksons, or the Walmart ,next to it didn't like the competition, so they had someone pretend to buy it, to ruin it, now a great carwash, gas station, detailed shop, store inside is abandoned after owner, ruined it, failed to pay bills on it, bankrupt and ran to hide. Hopefully some much better owners can go buy it, and save it again. It's too great of a historic carwash to be abandoned like this. Both of my sons had worked there from the former owner since highschool and again when the newer owner took over it, reopened it. It was going excellent for a couple years then because of this newer owner got greedy failed to pay bills, the employees had a difficult time getting their paychecks cashed, because checks bounced. The main gal hired to be the supervisor, even had a difficult time getting the main newer owner pay the bills, she and all the employees did everything they could to keep the carwash wash going but still the greedy newer owner spent money, not pay bills, and now the wonderful historic carwash again abandoned closed, left empty again. Think the Jackson's, Chevron, AM whatever are the same, and again seems to be them who some how helped it become closed. Can't be at the competition but it ruin it. read more

My experience at Ultra touch car was was very poor. After paying for the Ultra Supreme wash the following was not cleaned: Windows Tires Door Jams Mirrors Steering wheel Interior doors Center counsel The "interior cleaning" consisted of taking a dry cloth & swiping it across the dash. I took a small bit of water & poured it on a mask while waiting at a red light. I did a better job of cleaning in under 2 minutes then the 1 hour & 10 minutes it took at Ultra Touch. read more

Been coming here the last couple weeks about once a week to get our vehicles detailed. Staff is very friendly and fast. Lots of deals. High school and college kids work here which I really appreciate. Car gets detailed at a decent price and a great job and kids get to earn a wage. Win win! read more

Payed for the full service wash. Wasn't expecting it be perfect after camping and having dogs in the back seat however, when It was done, i could of done a better job myself! The workers there must not care about the job. My car is still absolutely filthy! I was going to leave a 20 tip but after that they are lucky I left 5. Wasn't worth the money. Went to get my car washer ultra touch only one current line and the girl came up the window and active like she was so put out to even talk to me she pointed me to a stall to drive-through to get my vehicle vacuumed out and then had a fit because I pulled into the wrong 1 I promptly backed up my truck and left and itnual never come back again the people they hire there are complete morons and they should be fired read more

I love this place. I see that it has lower reviews, and my husband has had hit or miss service with his work trucks. But my Jeep is gorgeous!! After a bug ridden, muddy soccer trip to Seattle, it was a disaster! Not to mention the daily toll it takes with spilled coffee, quick bites to practice and an occasional dog. Ahh-- but now! I was so happy to find another Ultra Touch Car Wash since the one in Meridian closed down for good. It is hard for me to vacuum my car and the dog hair is like fish hooks in my car's interior! So I had to drive all the way to Boise from Melba to find the last Full Service Drive In Car Wash/Vacuum place in the Valley. It took a few hours because the lines were so long (which didn't surprise me) but my car looked way better than Meridian's Car Wash had ever done. It was beautiful inside and out. Although I only treat myself to the full service car wash 3-5 times a year, it's worth the drive for me. Thank you Ultra Touch Car Wash. I'll be back! P.S. Went here today, just now. This is the worst "detailing" I've ever seen done by adults. I paid for the "interior super clean".. Super clean, my a$$! They barely did anything to it. So now, not only am I out $50+ (after tax), I also have to clean it myself. On top of that, the gal who wiped it down before it went in for the full detail was talking about how my car was " a piece of shi* " and" why bother even detailing it.. " etc. 1. My Toyota 4-runner is in great shape and is in pretty good condition. 2. It's not even that old. Pictures included are after the " detailing". Worst experience at a detail shop ever. Also worst place to go to get your car cleaned out. Don't waste your money or your time. read more

7/18/2020. 5pm. Arrived an hour before closing and only one other car so no reason for horrible service. Not busy, no rush. After they called my name I asked if they could clean console and wipe interior door down. Her response was we don't do that. "That only gets done in our detailing department". $25.95 and they can't wipe down inside? Horrible experience, terrible wash. Windows weren't even dried or wiped down. Took my husbands truck here for a washing because he was sick and I thought this would cheer him up a bit. Turns out that Wednesdays are Ladies day here and we get the premium wash for the regular price. Score! So for $17 I got the vacuum, wash, wax, tire polish, etc. I felt the employees did a great job drying off the car, wiping down the inside, and cleaning the windows. On my way out, I did have to stop by the vacuuming station again to ask them to vacuum under the back seats again since it seems to have been forgotten. However they were very nice and took care of it straight away. The only other bone to pick was when I first pulled up, the ticket writer was busy chatting with her girlfriend and showing her pictures on her phone for about 5-10 minutes before tearing away to help me and another customer who had been waiting the whole time. We will be coming back to wash our vehicles in the future, just bring your patience! read more

I really want to like these guys. Went there and got the managers special that day which was a free supreme wash with the purchase of an express detail. When I got my car back, the back seat of my car still had dog hair in obvious places and I had to shake my backseat placemats out. However, the manager did come over and asked me what was going on. He was super awesome and made sure I left happy. I think this place just needs to hire better employees that actually care about people and know something about customer service. Doing this could help them out tremendously. read more

Went for an ultra supreme car wash tonight. My car was filthy inside and out and I've always had great service there before. I also got the "super interior blow out". Wait wasn't too long at all, my car was super clean inside and out and appeared to be perfect. Before I left I noticed my floor mat moved and there was straw under it. I got out and pulled up the floor met. They had vacuumed the floor mat, but not under it. I notified the guy, and they took it to get vacuumed again, this time I watched them vacuumed under all 4 floor mats. Once I got it back, then it was clean clean. Overall, I still really like this place, and for the most part they do a really good job. I think the owner needs to do better training with his staff to avoid things like this happening again. However I do want to note, staff is always incredibly friendly, helpful, and very nice. read more

What a joke!!! Do not waste your money here. They have kids drying and cleaning the car and these kids do not know the meaning of work!!!!! Shuffling their feet do dee do! They had to send it through twice telling me that oh the bugs won't come off I pay $25 for a car wash they didn't even clean the inside windows I had to speak to the manager to get them to do it right sending it through a third time to see if they can now clean it properly. Beyond disappointed!! Update. The manager came out and handed this situation fantastically clean the car himself got all the bugs off the front of my car did the interior windows and my car was very clean when I left. Can't say much for the other workers still as they just stood there and watched him work. read more

We went through to get the truck washed. When we were inside paying for the service, and the teenage boys were drying the truck, we saw them try to unscrew our aftermarket antenna, when it wouldn't unscrew they ripped it off. The kid then pocketed it and went running back to the car wash. We notified the lady inside and she went out and confronted him, he gave it back saying it "broke off" in the car wash. After a closer look, you can see that It was clearly ripped off, not "broken off". read more

Today i went to have my truck washed. Using my card of pre paid washes. Two of the four employees inside were not wearing a mask. I chose to go to the mask wearing employee, who needed help with the sale. The unmasked girl coughed on her hand, helped with my purchase, and attempted to hand me back my coupon card. Despite reading the bad reviews I took a chance and purchased the 129.00 exterior detail. After having my car for 4.5 hrs I picked it up with bug guts still on my front bumper and wax residue on my weather stripping. Didn't even bother getting my car washed here because the guy was rude from the start. I pulled behind a car in a lane and he's sitting there all annoyed waving his hands to come to the other lane...then when I go to the other lane he's annoyed again telling me to go to the original lane I was already in. Complete douche bag and so rude. Will never get my car washed there and gonna make it a point that give their business a bad name ! I have no idea why I keep bringing my vehicles back here. Every time I have to go back inside at least twice to get them to properly clean my vehicle, the kicker, it still looks like crap. I don't understand why people think it's acceptable to pay $50-100 dollars for a cleaning only to come back to a vehicle that still has crumbs on the carpet and cup holders and residue from cleaner all over the dash, radio and windshield. I wouldn't recommend this place to have a vehicle washed! I selected the ultra supreme wash and my truck looked horrible after it went through. The rims still had road grime and the truck had water spots down both sides. They didn't blow out the vents inside my truck. Trash was left through out the truck and none of the cup holders or door compartments were wiped out. They didn't do a very good job vacuuming the carpets and the floor mats were really wet. From the time the truck came out of the wash bay to the time they said it was done may have been FIVE minutes. There were only two girls working on it, and they weren't even busy!! I had a complete detail on 5/10 right before a road trip. I couldn't pick my car up until closing time but since this is a gas station you can pay for the service anytime there is an attendant. Upon inspecting their work, I noticed my back seat headrests still had a dusting of compost dust on them and the back of the seats also looked untouched. They were not wet to the touch like the front seats still were. I mentioned it to the girl at the checkout counter and she told me I could bring it back. I paid and contemplated calling the next morning to talk to someone about bringing it back but really didn't have time before my trip. Upon sitting in my car for hours I have noticed the headliner and "oh shit" handles are still visibly soiled. The outside was also inattentively detailed as there is wax buildup along all of my rubber seals and crackling on the driver's side door handles. My headlights do look very nice but I am unsatisfied. read more

I went there for the first and last time. I paid for the ultra wash and got less than paid for. Didn't get air fresher, bugs still on window and finger marks on leather seats. Really wasn't impressed to say the least. I will go somewhere else for car wash. That being said, gas service was good. read more

Terrible wash for $18.95. Forgot to put mirrors back out, dirt streaks, window streaks, mirror streaks, mats not secured in place, water spots all over car and mirrors. Save your money and try someplace else. The only reason I've given them two stars instead of one star is they at least used water. read more

Nope even worse this time!!!! It's like they didn't even touch the inside. I had to clean the whole inside when I got home. I mentioned to the girl when I pulled in that they did a horrible job the last time I was here and asked her to please make sure it was done properly this time,of course I got a dirty look but she said ok. This place.... wow! If you like your car washed in 5 minutes and have it look exactly the same, this is the place for you! For only 29.95 this super team of go-getters will give ya a quick wipe down and and skip your interior. By skipping key places like the inside of your car you'll be in and out before your receipt can even print. Not only that, but this place has quite the family feel. The people washing my car were obviously hooking up and fueling that spark that left my car looking the exact same. read more

There are other places close to me where I could have my car washed, but I'll travel out Overland any day to visit Ultra Touch. They do a great job with my Smart car, even if I do have show them every time how to open the rear window and drop the tailgate.. but hey, Smart cars aren't something many people see a lot of. My little car comes out clean inside an out, and I never fail to get a chance to show it off either to the staff or to other customers. I like being able to watch my car go through the watch process from inside the store, and that I can get a cup of coffee or a soda while I wait. It saddens me that I can't buy gas at the pumps (Smart cars require a bare minimum of 91 octane, and Ultra Wash pumps only ate 87) but I DO enjoy taking my car for a scrub there! read more

Came to boise car shopping. So of course I needed to get my car detailed before car shopping. We paid for the supper clean inside and hand wax. They obviously just wiped the seats and dash down. Worst place to have your car washed. If you have ever gone to a professional car wash you will see that this place is a joke! We paid for the most expensive car wash and received and sub par product. Ridiculous! After what seamed like only a few minutes they told us out truck was finished. After giving the man a tip we saw our truck. There was water all over it and the inside was not wiped down. My wife and I asked if we could get a towel to finish drying. They gave us both towels. Then my wife asked them if they are supposed to wipe the inside of the cars out. The employee replied that they don't do anything special. Wow.... Save your money and go some place else that appreciates your business. read more

It used to be that, when I paid for a car wash here, they dusted the inside and made the car look good on the inside. I really liked this car wash and thought it was one of the highest quality in Boise. Today, when I got home, while the outside looked good, I noticed a tremendous amount of dust on the console, the dash, the doors, the steering wheel. My cloth came up black when I finished. The door thresholds were not even wiped. I think they hoped nobody would notice. I am now paying more for a far inferior car wash. They've upped their prices $2 in the last year for crummier service. I have a free car wash coming (from accumulatiing 10 washes), and after I use it, I'm done with them. I can find far better elsewhere. read more

Paid for the Ultra Supreme wash and was not satisfied at all with the interior clean. They did not wipe down the console, cup holders, or around the steering wheel/odometer area. The exterior wash and dry wasn't that bad though. Probably won't be back here again. read more

Had my Subaru fully detailed. The attention to detail was respectable, but someone sprayed or otherwise got some plastic dressing (used on engine shrouds and such) on my alternator and A/C drive belts. Now they squeal when first started. I have the option to remove the belts and clean them (which is iffy at best and a waste of my time) or have them replaced at a cost of $200 (my regular garage-I trust their quote). Thus, my detail cost me about $360. read more

After my car got hammered with mud and other stuff from the long drive the previous day, I needed to get my car cleaned up to see where I was going for the following days drive. The staff got me taken care of quick, plus one of the attendants helped me look around my vehicle after the wash to see if there were any scratches or dings from road debris from the previous days travel. Got an appointment right away (same day I phoned) and took our 4 year old Honda Pilot in for a Complete Detailing. OMG, this WAS the vehicle I referred to as the Dirtmobile and now it's pristine and looks brand new! Spousal unit and I are amazed at the superior job the Ultra Touch people on Overland Road did on this vehicle. Even our friends are amazed at the transformation! We can't praise the Ultra Touch detailing crew enough...they are TOPS!! read more

Not a great experience. Paid for the $25 Ultra Wash. The wheels were not even dried off, the mirrors dripped water all over the sides, and the inside was pretty awful. They are supposed to clean the rubber mats with the ultra wash, but they were not cleaned. Between the seats was not vacuumed. Still dust on the console, cup holders and armrests and even the tops of the seats in back where it is seldom used. All dusty. Came home and took a wet towel to the whole thing again. Wish I had my $25 back! read more
