​This towing company saved our a$$ last night. "Pro tow" was going to charge us $419.76 to tow us LITERALLY 40 feet. From right in front of Safeway to the parking lot of Safeway when our rigs brakes locked up. FORTY feet.. And personally I think the cops were in cahoots with the tow company, and "Pro Tow" was RUDE, and MEAN and in general a total jerk. Rafa's towed us all the way home for LESS THAN HALF! and Kevin was a nice guy! He was fast, friendly and helpful. As well as sympathetic to my friends condition(as we were on our way to have her arm amputated). Thanks Kevin for being so cool, courteous and helpful. You are one in a million! Sold a "junk" car to "Rafa". They didn't show the first day, and it was a few days later we called again, they came right out. Oh they were oh so impressed with this "junk" car, but would only give us the standard 350$ (might be less, my partner told me 350). Rafas Towing really helped me out today! My car broke down in Des Moines WA last night late and a friend dropped my back off to my home in West Seattle. I was unable to get back to Des Moines to meet up with them to give them the keys to my car so they came out to me in West Seattle and got my keys and picked my car up for me and dropped it off all the way in Centralia for me! Rafa's was sent to me via AAA. Once they were assigned they showed up quickly (12 min). The driver was friendly, courteous and addressed my concerns (over towing an AWD car without flatbed). My car broke down and Rafa's Towing came out as a contractor for AAA. Their service technician, Kevin R, did a great job loading & unloading and was very professional and kind. He was able to backup the flatbed truck and unload it into my driveway even though I live on a narrow residential street with lots of neighbors that use street parking. He backed it in no problem. He also gave me a courtesy call to let me know when to meet him on this crazy hot summer day, so that I wouldn't have to sit around in this heat. read more

Showed up after an 1 hour and 20 min of calling ( was no big deal loaded car up quick as seen) ask to varify address and i did looked up notice my window was still open and we had to drive on 2 major freeways (i-5 & hyw 18) asked to roll the window up he shrugged his shoulders said its not raining and i told him the value of the car and asked him the roll it up again. So he then drops the car off parks it and then rolls the windows up. And leaves. Told him e break didnt work and car had to be held in gear so it wouldnt roll so he got it hooked up and started pulling the car in gear onto the trailer. After yelling for a few seconds to try and get him to do his job correctly I decided to walk up to the car and pull it out myself to find him yelling at me for being to close. Will never use or recommend again. read more
