He said he knew what he was doing, and then proceeded to stop at a green light some time after. He even put in earbuds and took a call while we were driving as well. My fiancé got into an accident in my car on a Saturday and they towed my vehicle before AAA could come. Filed an insurance claim, I've been trying to retrieve my personal items out of my car so that my insurance company can pick it up from the yard. When I called on Monday (during reg business hours), they said I would have to pay $150 to get my things out of my car - which is against state law. I went in the next day (again, during reg business hours) and the two very rude women in the office said that because their office was closed (even though the door and gates were open and clearly there were people working in said office) that it would be an after hours charge to get access to my personal belongings - once again against state law. Not only am I having a hard time with this company, but even USAA is having difficulty with them. If you can, avoid this tow company at all costs. They are breaking the law, they have 2 large dogs in the office that bark as soon as you come in, and they have no problem being condescending. read more

My husband, my newborn and I were on our way to get my car serviced and then to an appt when my car would not start. The engine wouldn't turn over what so ever. I used my insurance, GEICO, to get roadside assistance and they were so fast at locating someone and sending them to me immediately. My husband was scared it was going to take a while for them to arrive but I called dispatch, asked her if we had to be present and if she knew when someone would be coming. The gal was very kind and informed me that she had someone that would be coming to me immediately within 10-15 min. My husband and I patiently waited and kinda started getting antsy wondering where the tow truck was but I wanted to give him grace in case he got lost or something. Well, JJ was the person who helped us, he called me to inform me he was about 8-10 min away from me. I can't lie, I did get sassy with him and told him we were told he'd be here earlier but he explained to me that he needed to assist another coworker because they had broken down. I instantly felt bad for being such a jerk now and told him that we'd see him soon. As soon as JJ arrived, he was super professional and kind. He asked us what was wrong to double check, we explained, I handed him my car key and we were on our way! Super fast. Not even 5 min after leaving, JJ calls me and tells me he turned my car on!! My husband and I instantly felt stupid. I asked JJ how he got it to turn on, he explained and even offered to not tow the car to the shop anymore if we wanted to drive it instead. Since we had already left and it's through insurance, I just asked him to tow it to the shop so it can still get diagnosed to figure out what's going on. Overall JJ was amazing! read more

Worked with William and he was amazing! Instead of towing right away he checked my car out and said I should be able to get it to a repair shop if I add some coolant. Not only did he give me some cash for the coolant, he also called up the closest gas station and checked to see if they sold it for me. In the end, there was a small hole that was causing the coolant to leak out and my car needed to be towed anyways. He took of the jump charge and combined it with the charge of towing since I needed it taken about 14 miles. My wait time for his arrival was only 30 minutes! I would recommend this towing service (or William at the very least) to anyone in the Puyallup area. read more

On Thursday around noon my truck was stolen from my residence I immediately called it in stollen and filled a report. This truck was stolen a few months back so I barely kept gas in it especially for that reason. At 10:30 Thursday night I did not answer the call in time from Washington state police, I apparently woke up on the last ring and it went to voicemail, the only number they left was to the tow yard. I called the number and talked to a gentleman named Andrew. I explained to Andrew that I was broke and in no way could afford for my truck to be impounded. He told me that his driver was not on the scene yet but would not share the location. I told him I knew it wasn't far because I kept no gas in the truck. He said "don't worry man I got you". I was frantic and nervous because I knew that Andrew could either be my hero or my evil enemy. Well guess what? When I contacted Andrew to recover my truck. I was talking to Andrews alter ego. Andrew could not wait to tell me how much how much the present charges were but the charge would be going up again in 20 min! And basically how I got you to Andrew meant he had the victim of a crime by the balls and he is going to milk me for every dollar he can get. So Puyallup towing is a business that victimized a victim and when given the opportunity to show humanity has done the exact opposite. read more

One of our vehicles needed a tow and it was very late with other companies backed up. Even though we have free tow service from Ford, they never end up sending anyone. We've called Ford 3 times in the past because the batteries constantly die and they said they'll be sending a tow but never showed up for over 2 hours even though they're going back to their own Dealership for service? Puyallup towing on the other hand came within the time range they gave us which was like 45mins and the price was very reasonable and fair. The guy who helped us was extremely patient and courteous. Please do not use this as your last resort for tow-especially if there's an injury. Extortion seems to be their game. Apparently, the metal/parts industry is "very slow these days"in Puyallup. After asking for the initial cost of how much for a demolished car and moving forward with our lives, and insurance, you may get a different answer each time. If you talk to "Jared" and you mention about your charges yesterday with another person, he will say "no you didn't" or "you're wrong", he will argue. I talked to that person for 4 min at 3:07pm at July 31, 2019 about that charge and told me what to expect. August 1st was a different price. That was about $100 more than what I expected from yesterday. Great customer service-not. Plus, it's really nice to have a conversation with a receptionist with 4-5 large barking dogs and talking about a "conversation." I couldn't even hear what the f!@# she said in that conversation. Absolutely horrible. It was an unfortunate draw that this is the tow company that my road side assistance tried to use for me. They never showed up. They kept pushing their time of showing up. I called multiple times, letting them know it was a priority tow. The car was in the middle of a busy toad, with my child in it, it was not safe. The dispatcher was worthless. Police came, called another tow, that arrived in 15mins, I had been waiting over 2.5 hrs for those worthless tow company to show. I would never recommend them read more

How are they still in business? I called them to report that damage was caused when my truck was towed by them. The metal part on the yellow strap they use damaged my front right rim. I just got these a month ago and paid $2000 for them. The manager told me that he has never heard of their strap damaging rims and that he is not entitled to take responsibility and to take him to court if I wanted anything done. He was completely rude when I called concerned and looking for help. This totally took me by surprise because when I went to pick up my truck the employees seemed to be so nice (of course up until you confront them about damages they caused). They clearly don't care about having returning customers or respect other people's property. Not the first time this happens. Look them up on Facebook and you will see a similar post like mine. Give your money to someone who will take care of your car as if it was theirs. All these people care about is taking your money and won't own up to any damage they caused to your vehicle. read more

Serious horrible!! My van wouldn't start so I called to get a tow puyallup towing seems reasonable priced. But they got my van to my house and I asked them if they could put the van in a certain place. The guy goes oh well no and turns the key and my van turns on. Like seriously! He couldn't called a say hey your van over turned would you still like it towed but no. Looks like it's all about the money.
