The manager, Steve, provided a detailed email with information about all the different packages. I appreciated his helpfulness and no pressure interaction. In addition to the doors and back windows, Steve suggested adding a clear tint to the front windshield, which I didn't realize was a thing, and, wow, it has made a ton the difference! Now getting into the car on a hot day is no problem at all. I can't believe I waited 3 years to get the tinting done! Service was quick, and Steve even offered to attach my dash cam to the front windshield after the 3-day curing was completed. I feel the prices are reasonable and competitive. Freddy and team worked hard to get our picky teen's car just right. He also guided us in choosing the proper level of tint, which is just dark enough to, hopefully, avoid getting in trouble for (remembering I was once a teen, too). I texted them about an estimate for window tinting for my two front windows and I got a response within minutes. Vanessa and Fred took care of me the day of my appointment. At first I was a bit confused since the front of the store looked like an office in a small strip mall full of offices. But their garage and work area were in the back. Vanessa explained to me the options I had Once I picked my product, Fred started to work on my car. Within 45 min it was done. I allowed my car to sit out in the sun for about 3 full days to allow for the film to cure and a few small bubbles to flatten. Car looks great now. And I get a lot more sun protection in the front windows. Their estimate was in line with all the other ones I got. So they were competitive.
