Measurements were taken, fabrics, hardware, and interliner were selected, and the order was placed. Weeks went by without an update, so I followed up. I was then told there wasn't enough interliner in stock and they'd have to order more, which delayed the timeline. A new delivery date was provided, and I even received a call confirming that the drapes were on the way. Then, out of nowhere, I got an email saying the interliner shipment arrived damaged and the delivery had to be refused. No clear update since, and they couldn't tell me when the product will actually arrive. It feels like they priced and sold a product they didn't really have available -- and now the process is being drawn out so long that a customer might just give up and switch to something else. Bait-and-switch? Maybe. I'll let you decide. Perhaps I am just frustrated... and its just a bad coincidence

Brian, the owner of the company, came out with an associate and they gave me great recommendations at a reasonable price - no upselling etc. The blinds and shades were ready and installed within a matter of weeks, and they looked great! On top of the great service we got for the selection and installation, Brian was really responsive when (apparently) one of our tenants broke one of the roller shades. He came out to the house for no charge and replaced the broken part, which Brian said was still under warranty. Brian sent me photos and kept me apprised of everything by phone and text. This is a really good company, they deliver on their "five star" name.

During installation the shutters were very poor quality as well. Then after this, we had to still wait for or blinds. We literally just got our blinds a few months ago. It is 2025. LOL.
