if i could give this business a 0 i would have, ....here is the story....i have been trying for…read moreover 10 months to get nancy to upholster 7 chairs, i have sent texts, made phone calls, then the texts go unanswered for weeks and weeks. she may be good at what she does but horrible answering phone calls, returning calls, answering texts and returning texts, this lady is a questionable business person or has memory problems one or the other, because this is a big order and i just cannot get responses from her for over 10 months!!....very very frustrating. maybe she has so much business she does not care, but the person answering the phone named katy is great, nice, friendly, maybe she is running interference for nancy....katy always says nancy will get back with me asap.......crickets now for months. when i do get a text response it is always 'i am waiting for material to come in, when i have not even picked out a material yet !!.....whattttt ??........tired of waiting for months and months !!.....really...........sad way to run a business....very sad. hope nancy reads this and fixes her procrastinating habits....my wife and i going elswhere and i would suggest if you read this you do the same.

Look at other negative reviews: failed repairs and a refusal to take responsibility. Don't risk the same experience! I paid $200 for what was supposed to be a durable fix on a small tear and some abrasions. The so-called repair began peeling within days and steadily got worse. I immediately notified him when I noticed the peeling, and he initially said he'd return to fix it but never showed and stopped responding entirely. It took a lengthy credit card dispute to get my money back. Only after I filed the chargeback - when it affected him financially - did he reach out. He sent defensive messages citing personal health issues - not to offer a resolution, but seemingly to dissuade me from pursuing the refund. On top of that, instead of proper color-matching, he painted the entire couch without asking. This changed the texture of the genuine leather, leaving it with a sticky and unpleasant finish. Now I have to pay another professional to remove the mess - or just replace the couch entirely. If you value your time, money, and furniture, stay far away from this business!
