I paid $200 for what was supposed to be a durable fix on a small tear and some abrasions. The so-called repair began peeling within days and steadily got worse. I immediately notified him when I noticed the peeling, and he initially said he'd return to fix it but never showed and stopped responding entirely. It took a lengthy credit card dispute to get my money back. Only after I filed the chargeback - when it affected him financially - did he reach out. He sent defensive messages citing personal health issues - not to offer a resolution, but seemingly to dissuade me from pursuing the refund. On top of that, instead of proper color-matching, he painted the entire couch without asking. This changed the texture of the genuine leather, leaving it with a sticky and unpleasant finish. Now I have to pay another professional to remove the mess - or just replace the couch entirely. If you value your time, money, and furniture, stay far away from this business!

I got to pick out my slab (Fantasy Brown), everything was approved by me before they did any cutting, and the finished countertops came out perfect. I was a little taken back by the need for a 50% deposit, but it turns out that everyone requires that same deposit, so not a problem. Vary professional crew came out and were done in about 3 hours.
