I've been here two times now, 17w and 26w, and both times were absolutely phenomenal. My first visit was with my SO's parents after I had revealed my big secret-- I'm pregnant. I was terrified, had never seen a doctor, and did not know what to expect. I was an anxious, confused mess. That all I changed when I arrived at my appointment. Makeba has this calming aura around her and she genuinely cares about people, there's no question. The moment she placed the probe on my belly and my baby appeared on that giant screen, I fell in love. I kept asking stupid questions "Are they okay? Are they happy?" while choking back tears and she patiently reassured me of my fluid levels, taking measurements, etc. She didn't need to go above and beyond, but she did because of her caring nature. I went for my second visit at 26w with my SO. We legit drove all the way from Waxahachie, passing MANY ultrasound clinics we could have went to just to go to this one. The machines are far better than other places, and for the lowest price you can find. Seriously, these machines are like the Teslas of ultrasounds. Makeba was incredibly kind and wonderful, that's no surprise. She is seriously talented with that probe. She showed me baby's feet and said "oh look she's kicking!" and I immediately felt kicks. Later that day, I got a notification to my phone and there was a 26 photo album of 4d photos, along with a video of my baby smiling and opening her mouth/eyes. I paid for 4 photos in b&w, you did not need to do all that Makeba you are too kind! I watch that video every single day and smile. My father had heart surgery the day before, and he said that sweet video almost had them wheeling him back in the operating room! lol I'd vote for Makeba for president, just saying. read more

Was looking for an affordable ultrasound place to confirm my pregnancy. And found Makeba. She was so nice! Have already referred her to so many of my other pregnant friends for other ultrasound needs. She was able to see things my provider wasn't able to see and was able to give me advice my provider didn't give me. She was so hospitable and caring and so was her front desk staff. They have so many extra amenities in the office that make your visit just that much more special. Can't wait to go back to her for our follow up ultrasounds. read more

This place is awesome and they are running a fall special so it makes it even better! I had purchased a Groupon for a place called 3d 4d baby in mansfield for $85 dollars but the lady said there were only certain dates they would book (Groupon didn't mention any of this) and she booked me 4 weeks out after 3 calls! My husband and I weren't too happy about that but couldn't get a refund so we just called last minute and booked here and she took me in same day. I love everything about this establishment !! From being greeted upon arrival by Darlene to the gender reveal appointment in itself with Mrs.Makeba! I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Makeba and Ultraview Imaging! This is our 4th pregnancy and the experience, so far, has been a bit anxious/nerve wracking. With so many worries at just 14 weeks, my husband and I agreed it would be best to do an elective ultrasound for reassurance and peace of mind - que Ultraview Imaging and their raving reviews all over the Internet :). The process of setting up our appointment was simple, pricing was definitely reasonable, and the experience was impeccable! As soon as we arrived at the cozy office, Makeba greeted us and had me fill out a quick form. Within seconds of finishing, she guided us to a huge and very accommodating room (they even had toys to keep our toddlers entertained while we enjoy our ultrasound!), and had me situated comfortably. I explained what we had been going through until now with the pregnancy and how this ultrasound was our way of holding on to hope that everything is okay so far - Makeba was so comforting and easy to talk to, that it felt like I was speaking to a close mama bear friend who completely understood me! The second the wand touched my belly, we were able to see and hear that beautiful heartbeat and breathe a sigh of relief! We saw our sweet boy at every angle possible, with Makeba taking her time to make sure we got to see every ounce of him and enjoy our experience. My experience was amazing even with my little one not wanting to be bothered in revealing there gender I was given direction of what to do so that we could find out. She took her time and didn't rush it so that when my little one was ready we could find out the gender we did and we are very happy with our experience, also I received a bag full of goodies and a coupon for a later view when I'm further along. read more

I had my 2 babies' 3D/4D viewings here (2012, 2014) and had good experiences; the gal that did our viewings was the owner. When I scheduled for the 3rd baby, I was told the owner no longer do the viewing, but I decided to do it anyways, hoping the experience would still be pleasant. I live over 1 hour away from Arlington, and GPS took me through inner street bc there's traffic on highway, causing 15 minutes delay. I called them right away. Instead of helping me get to their location, DIANA main concern was letting me know I will be charge $25 if I'm 15 minutes (or more) late. Obviously, I wasn't happy...what a way to start a session...but I sucked it up since I have already dragged 2 toddlers along, and my husband (who barely has time to take away from work to beginning with). I walked into the building address at that came up in my Google Map and Google website (the building where I went during my 2 previous sessions) to find they're not there (there was no mentioned of their new location when I made the appointment). So I called and Diana answered phone, saying they have moved....I WOULD THINK SHE WOULD LET ME KNOW ADDRESS when confirming appointment time the day before (yes, the email confirmation has the address.. I assumed that if I spoke to them twice before the appointment, that they at least confirm that I know address & time...but that's my fault for assuming). Anyways, I'm disappointed of how Diana handled it. Because of her, they will make $25 instead of $169 from me. UPDATE: I ended up going to My Little Baby and the lady was so nice over phone; She gave instructions (i.e., address, drink water so images would be clear); all of which no one at Ultraview Imaging told me over the phone). read more

We came in today for my Daughters bounce back ultrasound and I was extremely disappointed.. we have came to ultraview 3 times for her last Pregnacy and twice this pregnancy but today was awful the girl that did our ultrasound was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed by any questions we asked and almost acted like my daughter was dumb to ask if her baby had hair.. My mother drove from Louisiana to come to this ultrasound and it was the worst experience we have ever had at Ultraview. We won't be back And even after expressing how unhappy we were the owner only made excuses and basically told us what we said happen didn't happen! The owner should have had a little more compassion for what we were telling her and handle the situation totally different than she did. read more

Worst experience ever! The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. If I were you I would not spend a single penny at this place. What should have been a wonderful experience turned into an awful one. My family and I over heard the ultrasound tech discussing our appointment with her new clients while we were still in the waiting area. Seek out another Imaging location. read more
