When I arrived for routine blood work, the front end staff were very courteous. I filled out a couple of forms. The prices are listed on the monitor in the lobby. They even list prices on vaccinations and lab work. No hidden fees. Nurse was very nice and friendly. She drew my blood, no problem. I was seen by the NP Diane. Super nice lady. Very informative and helpful. She sent my RXs directly to my local Walmart Pharmacy and told me she would call me in a few days with my results. The front end staff was super nice at check out and even gave me a quote for my husband to come in for a yearly exam. Very reasonable priced quote as well. I will definately return here when I have to. Maybe to update my vaccines. read more

I was tempted to give this place a 5 star review, but witheld one star because it does have ...oddities. I am thankful for this clinic. As a student without insurance, and all the prices are on the wall, YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WILL PAY! No hidden fees, no guessing, no bs on the $40 doc visit. Generally, you'll require more lab work (which is usually around $8-$16 a test) and they cooperate well with the pharmacy within the store. The "oddities" are the not so outgoing staff. When you get there, even if you have an appointment, check in. They will seem rude, but I usually just chalk it up to them being busy. It seems like the phone is always ringing or a guest is complaining to them (often unnecessarily). I imagine it gets tiring to them because usually it is not the employees fault. My advice - Make an appointment by calling or online, and expect a variance of about 15 minutes or so. This place is pretty busy, but Dr. Liz is awesome , and all at a great price! read more

Stay as far away from this place as possible. It is the worst place to go. I went in for a routine TB test. Apparently the people in that office don't understand what 72 hours is. All they told me was come back between Tues and Thurs. I showed back up to have it checked on Wed at 6:30. I was then told it was to late. The guy tried blaming someone else for telling me that. All they wanted to do was try and retest me. Uh no you can't figure out how many hours in a day there is no way you are coming near me with a needle. So I asked for a refund. All I have gotten is the run around about my refund. They tried telling me I needed to call a number to get refund...Uh not happening. You charged my card you will be the one refunding my card back. I was so impressed with the staff here. I was a walk in and I knew that it would be a wait. They squeezed me in and I'm so grateful because I was in such pain. The staff was courteous and professional. The NP had great bedside manner. Hopefully I don't get sick anytime soon again, but I know where to go if I do. read more

Try anywhere else before coming here. I had an appointment for 8am on a Saturday and nobody was even at the clinic. I waited 15 and still nobody. I had to come back an hour later for my appointment. When I got there the second time, the office was finally open but nobody was at the front desk. Avoid if you can. read more

I went to the Walmart care clinic in Woodstock off Bells Ferry Rd. I had mistakenly made the appt for 9am at the Marietta clinic but came here instead. The check-in lady said they had someone scheduled at 9 but if they were not there by 915 I could have a dental cleaning. One lady came in about 5 minutes later but I did not hear what she was there for. Shortly after I asked the front desk girl if I could go ahead and fill out the paperwork to save time and she said that was fine. (This indicates the other lady was not having a dental cleaning). I handed her back the paperwork at 0911. At 0916 I asked her if I could be seen b/c I had been there 20 minutes and did not want to waste my time. She went in the back and conversed with the manager and someone else for no less than 2 minutes. She then returned and told me that the client came for their cleaning. I asked her 1. Why didn't you tell me this earlier, 2. Why did you let me fill out the paperwork? She then lied and said she had no idea which appointments people come in for. Really? Total lie as her job is to sign everyone in for medical/dental/vision etc. After complaining to the manager I wasted 30 minutes of my life at this incompetent healthcare center. Same paradigm as the Walmart stores, you are just a number to them. read more

Worst customer service!!! Had to make an appointment for a drug screening that could of taken 5 minutes but no the nurse in the front desk made me make an appointment for like 4 hrs later. When it clearly says Walk ins welcome! She even rolled her eyes at me when I asked her simple question from the form I had to fill out before I left. So rude. Today was my first experience with Walmart Clinic and will be my last. I went to the Walmart Clinic at 815 Shugart Rd Dalton GA. I entered the clinic at 1 pm and there was no receptionist or any one at all at the front desk. There was a sign that advised ring bell and be patient and only ring once. I rung the bell and stood there until 1:15 and on one ever came. Another person walked in and reached for a face mask but the box was empty. He rang the bell and a lady came to the desk. She advised me they close for lunch from 1:30 til 2:30 and asked if I had an appointment. No I did not have an appointment as I thought that was what a Walk In Clinic was for. She advised when they came back at 2:30 there was 4 people ahead of me. The posted hours are 8-8 and no sign or anything about being closed from 1:30 til 2:30. I realize they need lunch but had there been a sign posted I would not have stood there for 15 minutes. And had there been a receptionist present or had they came up front in a timely manner I would not have wasted my time. I was sick and standing propped up at the front desk waiting for a receptionist was bull. I am not upset for not being seen immediately but upset I wasted my time waiting 15 minutes for someone to come to front. Had I known they were closing I would have left immediately. You need a sign stating that especially since you do not have a full time receptionist to greet patients and advise them of the extended wait. I said thanks but I will just leave. Making an appointment online was the only good and easy part. Showed up for my time - there was no doctor. Staff seemed irritated that the online system had allowed me to make an appointment. Was told they'd call me reschedule in a few hours. They didn't. I called again, told to come in for an evening appointment. Showed up - again, no doctor. Staff rude and uninterested in helping. Staff also telling people to go to the Benbrook location. Saying it was only 15 minutes away. Google maps puts it at 35 minutes away, and honestly - it's usually more than that with traffic. Terrible service. Terrible attitudes. Just terrible. read more
