This is such a cute little spot! The folks working here are so nice and great with making suggestions and explaining some of the less common flavors. I've stopped a few times now and love the party in the mouth combo (passion fruit, tamarind, and calamansi). The first thing I tried was a seasonal flavor that included fresh mochi (so good!) and the creamy snowcap. The ice is very soft and fluffy, not crunchy at all. The flavors aren't overly sweet or artificial. There's extras you can add (red beans, ice cream, toasted coconut, etc), but it's a pretty straightforward menu. There's not enough time to sit and try every flavor but I have yet to be let down. The only downside is if it gets busy the parking lot is small and could be hard to find a spot. Hurray for a newly opened Hawaiian Shaved Ice. Had a wonderful Aloha Welcome when we visited here for the first time. They said they would be able to provide us a sample of anything we would like to try. They have fabulous toppings that you can't just find anywhere. We decided on the mango, pineapple, and passion fruit with salted caramel ice cream on the bottom. This was a small and just perfect to share. There was a place similar to this when I was a child and have been waiting for something to open that's similar ever since! Wish granted. It's delicious and I highly recommend sharks blood as a favorite. My dad had coconut, passion fruit and mango and said the taste was very light and wasn't the biggest fan. I was a huge fan of mine with sharks blood coconut and pina colada. Add the snow cap of condensed milk and it will change everything. We will back. Bathrooms and the whole establishment is clean. When I walked in I was treated immediately by the friendliest girl working the store. She was very knowledgeable when I asked about dye free flavors. First time trying this spot and will NOT be the last time. Really cool is this is the only location in Florida. This is hands down the BEST shaved ice I have ever had. I can preface this review by saying two things: 1. I haven't been to many shave ice places. 2. It won't be quick. We spent 5 days in the area and went to Ululanis three times. Each experience was quite different except that they all took a long time. The first visit was bad timing on the weekend with a large group just ahead of us. The small interior was filled with nowhere left to sit. The parking lot is small and hard to navigate when busy. Three employees were working at a high pace. One girl who was working the ice machine seemed to be the expert and was really moving. Her shave ice was perfectly made. The other two girls seemed to be less experienced but were working hard. The process is slow and that's even referenced in their written material. I believe our first visit was over 40 minutes to get our order. Subsequent visits were closer to 20. Lots of options and when it's made right, I haven't had anything like it. Unfortunately, that is determined by the person preparing the product. Some were underflavored or over flavored. Some weren't packed well. When it all comes together and the girl who really knows how to do it makes the product, it's off the charts. Unfortunately, only 1 out of the 3 visits was that. Second was fine. Third was very disappointing with it closer to a regular, fall apart shaved ice from the local food truck. They have sugar free flavors as well which I got and had good taste. Overall, if you're in a hurry, skip it. If you have time, take a chance and hopefully you get the perfectly made one because if you do, it's like no shave ice I've ever had! read more

Could not have been more excited when I found out they were opening Ululanis here in Florida. I am from Hawaii and never thought to is day would come that they would make it over here! This is 100% authentic Hawaiian shave ice and the flavors available are exactly what you'd see at the Hawaii locations. The service was friendly and everyone helpful. There's plenty of seating and the decor is super cute. You can hang out, enjoy some delicious shave ice, and snap a cute photo too. My kids love it here and so do I. There is also merchandise available for purchase. I will definitely be picking some up on my next visit! First time experiencing Ululanis Hawaiian Shave Ice in Seminole and it was impressive!! Very inviting entryway which continues a nice clean and refreshing vibe inside!! This establishment is kept meticulously clean which is definitely a plus!! They have an extensive menu that contains a mix of house specialty selections or you can customize your shaved ice with a multitude of ingredients and toppings!! They have delicious ice cream flavors in addition to the shaved ice!! The staff on hand were very nice and also helpful in helping me decide on what to order!! The shaved ice is made to order with their special shaved ice machines, so it takes a little while but it definitely is worth the wait!! I had the Sunset Beach shaved ice this time and it was absolutely delicious!!! Loved the tropical flavors and it also was very colorful!! They have 2 seating areas inside and also seating out front. ALOHA! New spot in town (Seminole blvd). My wife and I just literally got back from our cruise in Hawaii. Beautiful islands! Along the way we've visited two Ululanis locations (Maui and Kona). Let me tell you their shaved ice is all about Hawaii! When we saw this location is opening here locally in Seminole we had to try it, so why not get the full experience and try it in HI! I got one of the local favorites in HI called "Aina" I think it's called it has green tea, coffee, Ube, haupia cream and topped azuki beans!! This hits the spot after a very very long travel day (25 hrs) with layover in Houston, TX. Sorry, I digress, my wife got the sunset beach and daughter got the a mix of blue raspberry, piña colada and banana. All were ONO!!! Ululani's have multiple flavors to choose from. The staff is very friendly they treat you like ohana (family). If you are around the area... heck even if you're not in the area come on down to Ululani's for some refreshing shaved ice. Came in for authentic Hawaiian shaved ice and was not disappointed. Whenever I see shaved ice sold outside of Hawaii, the consistency of the ice is always too ice like vs snow like. Ululanis has ice shavers that make perfect Hawaiian style shaved ice. Store was clean and workers were great and attentive. Syrup flavors were plentiful and add ons like ice cream, adzuki beans, mochi, and condensed milk offer infinite flavor combos. Ululanis is perfect treat on hot Florida day. My one concern is the location. I hope they gain a following and find success here. read more

I think this place is incredible. Our favorite sweet treat spot. However, the billboard in front of their store, internet, Apple Maps hours all showed they close at 9pm Sundays.
