Cute spot right on the trail! I was parched from a bike ride and the lemonade hit the spot. They even gave my friends dog a complimentary pup cup (vanilla ice cream). Service was quick and efficient.

Saw this couple walking around Downtown Dunedin with refreshing looking drinks and they referred me to Lane's Lemonade and Dairy Bar. It's a cute little red caboose on the Pinellas County bike trail. They have ton of drink items. I picked a mango lemonade freeze and it did not disappoint. It was so refreshing and sweet and icy. Loved it! Would love to come back and try other flavors!
This is a great local joint. A must go if you are on the trail or in Dunedin. The lemon freeze is their classic drink and is what I get every time. It's a perfect blend of vanilla soft serve and lemonade. A great cold refresher drink or dessert. Only outside seating on the trail but I think it's best for your walk. Staff is super friendly!
Very affordable place to get a cold drink, delicious soft serve, or some fun savory options like soft pretzels and mac & cheese bowls. There was no wait at 4pm on a Saturday, but plenty of people stopping and going. I got the soft pretzel with cheese & an Arnold Palmer to drink. The pretzel was great - perfect texture, not too salty, and warm enough to pair perfectly with the cheese. I got the sweet version of the Arnold Palmer & it was perfectly refreshing for the day, plus they have the good pebble ice many people love. I settled in under an umbrella at a table to enjoy both and do some writing, and easily passed an hour here. Being right on the trail allows for great people watching, plus it seemed to be a convenient meeting point for families and groups too.

They also sell hand made from scratch pretzels. They have out door sitting only it is limited to 4-5 tables to sit at and people watch or you can take it to walk around the area. The shop is located right next to the Pinellas trail so there's plenty of people and bikers to watch going by. If you want a chill place to hang out a bit this maybe your spot. Then on e you have cooled down with Lane's Lemonade, walk around to visit the shops on the strip. Oh and you can get a soft serve ice cream too before you go, orange flavored is delish (they have vanilla, vanilla orange swirl if you prefer).
Finally made it to Lane's Lemonade and Dairy Bar. I'm always in Dunedin, but every time we go, we come from the marina and then go to Strachn's on the corner. Lane's is located right off the Pinellas Trail & Main St. it's also by the Dunedin Historical Museum. Restrooms are located next to this fun railroad car too! I checked their Facebook and they had pineapple dole whip!! They usually have orange and vanilla soft serve but check their FB for special flavors. Valentines Day they are having strawberry. Lane's also has toppings for your soft serve, milk shakes, juices, and sandwiches. It's such a cute business and i just love it!!! Definitely it is a must stop when in Dunedin!!!

Turn the corner and walk right up to an adorable, bright red train car. They had markings out to stay safely apart, and wore lemon masks. We tried the orange and vanilla soft serve and it was so yummy. This chocolate loving gal enjoyed it! Also, can we just talk about how cute their logo is?! Love it. Would totally come back!
Adorable little red railroad car outside the history museum which I highly recommend you visit as well! We learned so much about Dunedin and then came here after for some fresh lemonade. I like my lemonade with a little pulp (it makes me feel like it's REAL that way) so I was just a little disappointed it didn't have any. While we sat and enjoyed our VEGAN pretzel (was a little dry but it's hard to find a vegan pretzel anywhere), many people stopped to grab an orange soft serve cone which we'll have to try next time as it seems to be a huge draw! They have a little fenced in patio plus it's right along the pinellas trail and has a clean public restroom in the back.
Pretzel pizza was a delicious little snack. The salty crust was amazing. The orangeade was refreshing! Will have to come back to try the holiday specials!
Cashier was so upbeat and friendly! The orange cream swirl soft serve was amazing and reminded me of those ice cream cups they used to sell at the grocery store. Was a trip on memory lane. The Nutella shake tasted exactly like Nutella, the husband downed it in 5 minutes! Delicious!
I haven't had orange ice cream this good since Orange Blossom closed down. The soft seedy was so light yet strong in taste at the same time. It's what I needed for a hot and sunny day in Florida. Ordering from Lane's is like ordering from a train station. It gives you a sense of old-timey-ness, but in a good way. At the window, we were greeted with a smile and it was refreshing. What really impressed me was how fast we received our ice cream. I ordered and blinked and there it was! They certainly don't give the Florida heat a chance to melt their ice cream. I am very impressed with this ice cream establishment.

I haven't had orange ice cream this good since Orange Blossom closed down. The soft seedy was so light yet strong in taste at the same time. It's what I needed for a hot and sunny day in Florida. Ordering from Lane's is like ordering from a train station. It gives you a sense of old-timey-ness, but in a good way. At the window, we were greeted with a smile and it was refreshing. So fresh and so rich! Amazing quality and love was put into their ice creams and milk shake. The orange ice cream was so fresh it was like having freshly squeezed orange juice! Their vanilla so rich and creamy and you have to try their chocolate covered strawberry milkshake! All was amazing and we can't wait to bring all our out of town family members here! read more
This unique little train car has alway caught my eye when out and about on the Pinellas Trail. We finally stopped by and it was such a delight. Quick friendly service with outdoor seating options on either side of the car with umbrellas to shield you from the Florida sun. I ordered a simple vanilla cup with rainbow sprinkles and my boyfriend tried the Lemon Freeze which is basically a lemonade milk shake. Both were delicious and hit the spot. I was initially planning to get a vanilla orange swirl but they were running a special with Dole Whip pineapple that day and didn't have orange available. Normally I would jump on any chance for a dole whip (missing my Disney days) but I passed this time around. Located right on the Pinellas Trail and just off Main Street in downtown Dunedin. There's public restrooms and a bike rack located right at the train car. Extra bonus, if you're into geocaching there's one very close by. read more

$5 for a cup of ice and a few small sips of ok lemonade. Huge ripoff! A big disappointment since we walked out of the way to try it. Place has a lot of traffic and long lines. Sure doesn't seem like a fragile little stand. Don't get tricked by the long line that the product is good. read more

The owner of Lane's Lemonade is one of the most caring, compassionate, and sweet ladies I have ever had the privilege to know. I have known Elena since I was 14 years old. She runs her business with integrity and treats her employees with the utmost kindness and respect. Aside from her amazing business ethics, the food and drinks are absolutely amazing. She uses the healthiest and freshest ingredients possible. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. My 15 month old daughter loves going. Unfortunately we live in St. Augustine and can't get there as much as we want, but when we visit Dunedin we ALWAYS make it a point to stop by for lunch and dessert. Lane's Lemonade is a must! They had dole whip the first time we went here, and it was so good! I've never had it before, but always wanted to try it. I hope they decide to add it to their regular menu! Today we came back for orange twists. I've been wanting one for a while now, but couldn't find anywhere that actually had good ones. This was what I was looking for, so glad I found Lane's on yelp. We'll definitely be back! Also tried the lemonade, limeade and orangeade. They're all good and definitely worth trying. The lemonade was my fav! It's so refreshing, perfectly tart and not too sweet. The orangeade has the mildest flavor, but in a good way. It tastes like they use fresh squeezed oranges. The limeade was good too, but at first it was a little to tart. It definitely grows on you though. My husband and I were fighting over the last few sips! read more

Cool little classic lemonade stand. It actually an old train wagon. Super cool! They have a variety of drinks and soft serve ice cream. Today we decided to go for a classic lemonade since it was a hot day. It was very refreshing and it tasted great. It did not taste artificial. Great place to find a drink to cool off! read more

I've been here a few times since the box car re-opened as a lemonade stand and I'm planning to go back again and again. I'm a sucker for a perfect limeade and theirs is about as close as it gets. And then today, we sampled some of their food options. The chicken wrap was perfect. The dressing is light but the sandwich is filling! Also, they've got spot on cole slaw. I tried my date's Cuban and it had an excellent meat and cheese combo. I think they use boar's head? We also tried their seasonal hibiscus tea. I might have needed to stir it up a bit more because it was way too sweet on the bottom. Otherwise, I'd definitely get it again. I might venture into orangeaid territory next... read more
Came to visit town for there weekend Market. Found Lane's Lemonade as it was on the way to Market from where I parked. This place is a small stationed stand along a walkway. What drew me to it was the idea of trying an Orangeade. I tried both the Orangeade and Lemonade. I was very surprised by the taste and did not want to share. After thinking twice about it I did share to avoid any arguments but was very reluctant. I would definitely recommend and if ever in the area will make sure to stop by again. They have a few tables to sit at and all seating are outdoor. read more

This is the newest place to take up residence in the old historic train car right on the Pinellas Trail in Dunedin. They very recently updated their menu and I'm a huge fan. I had the grilled cheese with cheddar and bacon and it was delicious. Very crispy and cheesy. It was a great size for the price! I followed this up with their new soft serve ice cream. They have vanilla, Iran's and vanilla/orange swirl. I had the vanilla/orange swirl and it tasted like a creamsicle. Absolutely perfect! The employees were friendly and they have plenty of outdoor seating. This is a great place to stop while biking along the trail or taking a stroll through Delightful Dunedin. read more
