I am a big fan of this FL chain. Stopped in on a rainy Saturday for their hotpot and sushi Ayce menu for $36. They have some of the hotpot sides on the conveyor belt in the middle. The tables have the kbbq and hot pot built in. I loved the sauce station because everything was neat and filled to the brim. I ordered the bone broth for the hotpot. The broth was really rich in flavor. For the sushi, I ordered some of the sashimi, sushi appetizers and the T Rex rolls. The fish here is really fresh and buttery. I was more of a fan of the sushi than the actual hotpot. I really enjoyed my experience here. Service was great and there's so many menu items here. read more

My family, friends and I come here literally ALL THE TIME. We prefer the Clearwater location because this location sometimes doesn't have the best ventilation. However, if we're hangry and don't feel like making the drive, this location definitely does the job. They have great hot pot and kbbq options. It's a guarantee that you will leave fully satiated. I don't know where to begin because the experience blew me away!! The service, food options, $5 wine deals, spacious seating, kid friendly were some highlights during our visit. Tbh I am already counting down the next few days to return for my birthday!! We all went about a month or so ago and had the best time. The all-you-can-eat BBQ, sushi, hotpot is a dream come true. Service was exceptional and they took care not to cross contaminate any seafood for someone in our party with seafood allergies. They're kid friendly - we were able to store our car seat in the booth seating plus they have table seating which is good for big groups. The conveyor belt as fun - I was able to pick out some more veggies and mushroom for my broth. I went ahead with the hotpot and sushi to which was a delight. Every time I visit Orlando, I come here to get my hot pot fix. The quality has been going down though. This place used to be packed with people and now there are only a few people, even on weekends. It is a neat experience though. Food comes off a conveyer belt and you can grab and choose what you want! There is a sauce bar with plenty of options also. Don't forget the little ice cream cups on the side. They are included! Ambiance reminds me of a sushi conveyer belt restaurant. Don't grab too much food or you might get charged! Service is good. The staff asks you once you sit down what broth you'd like. In past experiences, you could change your broth if you don't like it, but try to get it right the first time. This is my first time ever leaving a review, and unfortunately it's a bad one. The service was not great. When we came in, the server didn't seem like he wanted to be there or get to work. Overall, the experience felt off. They did their job, but there was no effort or friendliness. We chose to do BBQ, and while there were a lot of meat options to choose from, including seafood, the flavors were disappointing. The meat wasn't fully seasoned, and the spicy bulgogi was not spicy at all. The side options were very limited, mostly just chicken feet and kimchi. The chair stands were also bad; they moved very easily if no one was sitting on the other side, which felt unsafe and uncomfortable. This is a fun hot pot location with a conveyor belt which offers a small selection of their actual hot pot menu (think more along the lines of cheaper cuts of meat, vegetables, tofu versus their seafood selection and more premium cuts of red meat). Price is reasonable for an all you can eat hot pot restaurant. The menu does offer a large selection of meats, vegetables, etc and there is a large sauce bar to mix any combination you desire. Quality of the food is mediocre as expected with many of the all you can eat places, however you will have a tough time not leaving here full. I've been here multiple times, & it continues to be one of favorite KBBQs in the area! The food is always tasty & the servers are always friendly & attentive. I enjoy grilling the meat so I always do the KBBQ, but if you like hotpots you will not be disappointed either. I love the variety of items you can pick from to grill, they have a conveyor belt with tons of options for the hotpot, & they have a great variety of sauces you can pick & mix. Servers were nice but could be more attentive especially since it wasn't crowded at all when I went, could use some music or some type of audio playing because the lighting in there was already very dim and uninviting so that's how the overall vibe was. Some of the veggies such as bok choy and mushrooms could be rinsed more thoroughly if at all, and I'm not not 100% sure if some of the seafood or meat gave me stomach issues but I was frequenting the restroom for a couple days after to say the least. We've had the opportunity to visit here two times. The first time we ordered the Hot Pot and the BBQ. The BBQ meat was chewy, and our cooking skills at the table left something to be desired. We were unaware of the condiment/salad table, which was a disappointment. We were seated at a table next to the conveyor belt and were able to choose exactly what we wanted to add to the hot pot. I ordered the Thai Style, and my guy had the Original Style soup base. Both had a nice taste. The second time we went with our Taiwanese friend and it was a much better experience. We decided on the hot pot and no BBQ. She advised us of what the different items were and the time to cook the food. We were seated at a table away from the conveyor, so the server too was helpful. This time, we visited the condiment/salad bar and was happy with the selection. If you go, be sure to have the server thoroughly explain the in's and out's. It makes the process much easier. For instance, there are 12 types of soup broths, and you can re-order refills as often as you want. However, you cannot switch to another broth. The server will bring the trays of meats, veggies, etc., as often as you order. And by the way, sake is BOGO. The establishment is clean, and the employees are friendly. Where do I start?! Wow, we're stuffed and so happy we gave this a try. Burners on the table, choose your soup base and a conveyors belt passes by with a multitude of options to add. There is a grill on the table to cook meat. We ordered the teriyaki chicken, Thai chicken and short rib beef.. so tender and seasoned perfectly. It's all you can eat but be careful, your eyes will definitely be bigger than your stomach! Service was fabulous and bathrooms clean. The staff is friendly and attentive, the food is fresh and delicious, the portions are BIG, everything is clean and well kept, and the overall experience is one to try. My family and I have visited a couple of times when we have been in the area, most recently January 2023, and are already looking forward to another visit in the future. I recommend the all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ option (steak and pork belly are a must try). One of my favorite parts is the buffet that's loaded with fresh veggies, fruit and some sides. read more

Nine Spices Hot Pot and BBQ caught my eye when I saw that they are not only the fun cook your own Korean BBQ but also have a conveyor belt that brings you all the sides your heart could desire. For Ben's birthday I decided to surprise him and trying this place out finally. Much to my surprise, when asked if it was a first time and what was the occasion they mentioned that because it was his actual birthday that his meal would be free! Score!! Our waitress explained how everything works with them and said that they suggest each person pick 3 different types of meat for the BBQ. With that being said, I will advise against 3 different choices per person unless you personally have a large appetite. When she brought out of trays of meat, it was way more than either of us could eat and we do not like to be wasteful. You can order as much as you want while there so I would suggest to start smaller and just order as you go vs having extra that you can't eat and could possibly be charged for (there is signs outlining wasted food could cause for an extra charge). Each table is set up with a burner for each person to use if getting a hot pot and then a grill for the BBQ. Me being so short (5ft), I found it easier to stand up and cook my food so I was glad that we were in the corner where I would not be in other's way of walking around. There is a small buffet type area that has numerous sauces for you to get as well as a few appetizers. The service was good and they changed out our grill top often as we cooked and the only thing that was of note was that they conveyor belt seemed to be lacking on some popular items we wanted but we were able to just ask for them vs grabbing them at our convenience so no big deal really. Niece and boyfriend in town, decided to try a nearby Hot Pot restaurant. Good reviews on Yelp and we really enjoyed one we visited in China a couple years ago, so we all agreed to try. We had called ahead to reserve a table but probably no need on a Tuesday about 8:00 PM. Seated immediately. Waiter came by quickly and explained our choices, which we were already aware of by exploring the Yelp page. Since our friends had not experienced either, we decided to go for both Hot Pot & Korean BBQ. We ordered drinks and an assortment of meats for the BBQ. Most of the meats had to be delivered by waiter not the conveyor belt. Our drinks and pots came quickly. There was an option for 2, 3 or 4 section hot pot, but only for group pot, not individual pots. This was a bit of a let down. In China each pot had 2 sections and I was looking to try two different broths. So I chose Spicy, my wife chose Thai, niece chose Beef Butter and boyfriend chose Pig Bone. We then took turns getting sauces from sauce bar, masks required and hand cleansing recommended. Waiter brought meat so several meats and prawns were put on oiled pan. I thought I remembered Korean BBQ over a grill? Also glanced over choices from conveyor belt. Tried quail eggs, soft boiled and shelled - delicious! Hmmm, some Bok Choy, Zucchini, Prawns, all great. Clams and Mussels were wonderful. Tried some Prawns and Pork Chops from pan, also great. Only problem was hand sized Pork Chop and no knife. Really hard cutting up with chopsticks and fork, not good. Wound up eating from my hands. My companions had the same issue. It was not until almost at the end of our meal, the boyfriend moved a bunch of empty dishes and found a pair of heavy scissors! Just right for snipping meat! DOH! Overall a great experience. A large variety of foods. Maybe next time I can get a "table" 2 section pot for me? Great night! Service was great. We were a table of 12. The table was a bit awkward because the hot pot was in front of you and you had to lean over it to get the food in the middle. I ordered the mushroom broth. It is all you can eat for I believe $23.99. I felt it was a great deal instead of paying individually for each item. If you are a fan of KBBQ and hot pot then this place is a must visit in st Pete. I have come here many times and it would be wise to make a reservation ahead of time as it's gets crowded and you will be caught waiting for at least 20-30 mins. So in the center tables they have a conveyor belt that is nonstop with raw ingredients for hot pot if that's what you choose. You can do either kbbq or hot pot or both. I usually do the kbbq so we just need the grill and not the center stove to boil food. We order off the menu and they prep and bring it to us. There is no limit to what you can order. The things I really like about this place is that there is a sauce bar in the corner with at least 70 different options to create your own sauces. Also they don't charge you for any wasted meat. That being said please don't order way more than what you can eat. The ambiance of the location is pretty chill and the waiters are there whenever you need them. Definitely recommend going to this place over any other location in St. Pete. The only downside is that there is fried chicken option which some kbbq place and Korean fried chicken is delicious. That being said it doesn't factor too much in my decision to come here. Pricing is pretty standard for kbbq and very fair I think compared to other places. P.S.: After dinner ask for the Mocha and mango pastry. Definitely the sweet ending you need after a heavy meal. read more

New to Hot Pot, I went for my birthday dinner (free!) with a large crowd of folks. Got a lil stressed about what the procedure was, til the sunny, smiley waitress told us all about it. Then it began. Conveyor belt thingie was not near our table, but close enough where we could walk over and pick off what we liked to cook in our pot. Whatever we ordered at the table came with enough for us all. I got PIG BONE BROTH, which was tasty, but then i discovered the cold bar, I got some tasty sauces and lil extras to add to my broth and kick it up a notch. Getting greedy can make your broth level high, so pace yourself. lol Plus I hadn't really thought about how much I really ate till I could only lean back and rub my belly. The broth never diiiiies! lol I enjoyed it a lot, and would most definitely do it again. Place was clean, lively, had great service, & was organized and fun. Lil serving of yogurt drink at the end was tasty, but kinda frozen, so I didn't get the whole shot. Gave a good review to a guy at a bar later that night, just cuz he was eavesdropping and then asked us about the place. We went here twice in a week. If you have been eying this place or saved it this is your sign to go! This is a place I looked up using Yelp because I was dying to have hot pot. Finally I went. This is very obscure and you would pass it if you didn't know what you were looking for but upon walking in we were greeted warmly and instantly taken to a table. The host explained how the experience worked and we were off to taking things off the conveyor belt. How fun. All the food was covered by plastic bowls which was super nice because you could see what you were getting but super conscious that it was out for everyone. Don't miss out on the flavor bar go ahead and add things into your soup base. I recommend the Thai style it was flavorful probably the most flavorful on its own. I loved that they had so many different meat and veggie choices. If your vegetarian don't be discouraged this place was meant for you as well. Vegans can also partake but I would ask about the soup bases. It's all you can eat and so I would recommend coming hungry. We loaded up on lamb which was amazing. So, if you're not into that sort of thing you're going to have a terrible time. While the parking lot for this spot seems pretty big, it's often full and so is the inside. I would recommend going in a large party so folks can be prepared to share and split different meats and other items you'll order on the menu. Wait times can be long but you have to plan it out. The items on the conveyor belt range from noodles, and dumpling to various vegetables and meat/seafood . They have have fruit but you can just eat the fruit. The liquid that goes in the pot are soup bases, you can Kimichi flavored, Thai spicy and many more different flavors. You can also order meat to bbq, ribs, pork belly, curry chicken and a few more other choices. The have a salad bar with items to add to your soup, for example green onions, chili flakes in oil and even an egg to cook in your soup. A friend of mine used the BBQ to make fried rice and added the egg in her fried rice. Many options to get creative. Its a fun expierence. read more

I go with both my family and friends here all the time! Sometimes the wait can be very long (1 hour) It's best to have a reservation before going. I have had both k bbq and hot pot here. I personally like to do one or the other. Doing both the same day was not enjoyable for me. I love getting hot pot because it doesn't make you feel nasty and heavy afterwards. Searing and set up: Sitting at the booth is the best spot because of the conveyer belt that brings the food around. If you see it and are even thinking about it just snatch it up! It won't be there when you come back! In the back corner there is a sauce and cold salad bar type thing. I believe there is ice cream there too. But don't quote me on that. I don't really remember. Strategy: The items are put out in batches so it might be awhile before it comes back out again. We always order the meats and your "must haves" with the server. Purely food based review: Broths - Tom Yum was spicy and sour tingly. Bone Broth was savory and umami. Meats - Any cuts of beef, lamb or pork belly you have to ask the waiter to bring over. They won't be on the conveyor belt. Be sure to order a lot ahead of time if you're a meat lover. Overall all thinly sliced and well suited for hot pot. They also had assortments of fish and dumplings on the belt for you to throw in. Vegetables/Noodles - Decent selection going around the belt. Cabbage and bok choy were our usual go-tos. Went tonight for my birthday after my initial reservation at another restaurant was canceled. I am so happy with the experience - our waiter was amazing, helpful and brought us everything we needed before we even asked. We had both bbq and hot pot. My only warning is when you order bbq you get a huge portion which was amazing but unexpected in comparison to other restaurants we've been to. All 3 flavors of hot pot broth were really great but the Thai one was definitely the most enjoyable. The conveyor was always full and if you want something different it will be brought to you.
