We came from Scotland for the World Cup but were keen to see the experience of a legal state. Based on reviews online Kush Groove was the only place we really considered and it did not disappoint. The set up was very professional and a great look at how it can/should be done. Before we were even allowed entry to the store we had to show I.D to prove our age. If you can't do that you wouldn't even know what's inside. Once inside we were very impressed with the products on offer although almost overwhelmed with the possibilities. We had a rough idea what we wanted (far too much but you're not going to a buffet for the salad) and were taken care of by the awesome Rashaun (hope I've spelled that right, thanks dude). I do not know whose idea that was but I hope he is getting residuals. This location is so clean and comforting, almost got a starbucks vibe. It's like they dont want you to leave. Display cases well thought out, lounging area, pour up a cappuccino (this is not available, but with this vie it should be). Now lets talk about what really set the vibe, why are they all a friendly team. I put emphasis on team. They are all very knowledgeable, kind and gave me way more information then I expected to learn on my trip there. This was my biggest highlight they have aphrodisiac gummies ... did you just read what I typed? Bonkers, not to mention these cool flip ash trays. I spent more than I wanted to cause its hard not to buy the products. The amount of things they have tailored to woman is crazy. I never find things for women, all my smoke stuff has been a comprimise to what the least manlies thing is, I appreciate a good smoke kit. Cheapest bud in the boston area that I've found but certainly not lacking in quality, even outside the city its about the same price if not worse. Really good variety of all types of products, I mostly get the 500mg tincture, flower ounces/halves, or concentrates here. Love the build your own ounce option they sometimes have where you can pick a few types and its still at the ounce price cut. Staff is really friendly and helpful and if they dont know something they will find someone who does or at least give you something to go off of. She took time to explain what each item was suppose to do, and took me through the different options for what I needed. Customer service here is lacking. I didn't notice the sales board until after paying full price for an eighth of flower ($40 for an eighth versus 4 1/8's for $25 each). Apparently the bud tender didn't realize they were on sale and said nothing to me. As soon as I noticed I spoke up and asked if I could purchase the three additional eights at the $25 each price and they told me I would need to check with the manager. I didn't want a refund on the 8th I purchased, I just wanted to purchase three additional eighths at the sale price. the manager told me that what's done is done, sorry. That was the end of that. It's apparent they didn't want my additional $75 in sales so l will be returning to Ethos in Watertown for all my future purchases where mistakes happen but get corrected. read more
