How about this one? I bought a Vape Pen and the person there told me I only have 2 weeks to return it if I wanted to exchange it if it doesn't work, properly. Okay. My pen started to work and then crapped out. Now, to be fair, it was a few days after its expiration date. I know what they said. I remember. However, they couldn't exchange it( hardly used) or give me a refund. All over for a measly $36.00 piece of junk, vape pen. They sell an inferior vape pen ( why would they have such a product that at some point, more than likely won't work, properly. I had tried to plea my case( long time customer.) Nope. 2 weeks to return a knowingly bad product. Again, I am fighting for a new vape. It s only $36 ( which actually is a lot of money for me these days, sadly). Of course, no owner was there on site to try and retain a customer. I told them they were going to lose a long time customer. And of course, they cared about as much as anyone working some retail job. All over $36 ( or around that price). That speaks volumes. Mark my words: They will be gone in a few years. Buds good is fantastic. I'm disheartened to see that they even have one one star review, but that really shouldn't be the case. I've read all of them and I can tell you the reason that these folks are reviewing poorly because they have no idea what they're doing in the dispensary. it's probably their first time, or they're just very under educated in the area of cannabis. I however have been smoking since I was about 18 and I'm 43. I have grown dozens of times I know more about cannabis than probably 99% of the people on the planet. Trust me when I tell you that bud's good has good deals and great cannabis. Also, they don't really produce their own. They just sell other companies product so saying they don't have good cannabis makes no sense. You need to know what you're looking for , you can't just go in and say give me something good and expect to be blown away. You don't go to a restaurant and say I want food and then expect to have the best dish of your life That being said the staff is super friendly, helpful and patient. I can't tell you the number of times I've gone in and watched someone ask the silliest questions and staff patiently answers every single one of them with a smile. Their deals are unbeatable. A good example would be there $45 half ounces!!! I have found multiple times, well-known strains, with terpene's well over 3.0 on a regular basis in the $45 half's. As someone who smokes daily these prices really help ease the strain on the bank account lol. those kind of deals are not going to be found anyone else I promise you I have looked. read more

This place is crap. The staff has a revolving door cuz they either don't train people enough or don't want to pay for their state certification, which means you get people who don't know or don't care. Their product is nothing compared to Ascend, which is funny considering how high and mighty they act, but I'm pretty sure it's cuz they're just high. And like, sure, yeah, test your product so you can tell people about it, but don't do it at work. I only want snowboarding instructors doing that. This is the place that makes you wish you had gone to a liquor store instead. read more

Poor quality buds, bad parking and questionable service, there are other options around that are way better

I recently stopped in and when getting out of the car, picked up my daughter's license instead of my own . We look alike and forgot hers was in my was in my purse because we had been updating our car insurance policy. Upon entering, the license was scanned, and I was let in. I should have IMMEDIATELY been stopped. Once I got to the register I realized I had the wrong identification and asked another associate if I should go back to the car to get my license. I explained I didn't want to get in trouble. I was told "it was okay". The next week , I went back and when my license was scanned it sounded an alarm. Low and behold, not only had I been banned from the establishment, my daughter was too. A manager told me that I would receive a call in a half hour to clear the matter up. The call never came. I called the dispensary back two days later and was told by another manager, I'd receive a call back from their security manager. That call didn't come either. When I did get a hold of John, the security manager, told me that I did not act like the adult. He went on to state there is a Massachusetts state law where an individual can't be in possession of another's ID. (There is no such law. That is only applicable when an individual possesses another's identification with the intent to defraud). I asked if the two employees still worked there? He said he "spoke to them" It was the front desk associate's third day so I guess John let that slide. Finally, John hung up on me. Long story short, I shopped there for YEARS. The employee at the front desk should have stopped me when the card was scanned. I was let in and allowed to purchase my order with the wrong identification. His employees are still employed, but I am to remain banned. It seems that error should have been stopped, and that this could have caused a fine/ and/or shut down the establishment. This was my first experience at a dispensary. We were in town for the Morgan Wallen concert at Fenway and stopped into Bud's. What an awesome place! The set up is absolutely beautiful with multiple products on display. I loved the electronic screens that displayed the various strains and their descriptions . It was so easy to choose from. Being that we were headed to a concert, I ordered a couple of pre-rolls which were so amazing. I ordered Old dirty biker and Mandarin Sunset. Both were excellent. Can't wait to visit this place again and buy some swag. While we are there, my sister bought a Bud's sweatshirt. Softest thing ever!! read more

Eh. Its really nicely set up and has a good selection and so-so prices. When it opened I became a repeat customer. Everyone was friendly, everything was in stock and it was a smooth experience. My past few visits have been poor. The staff has turned downright unfriendly.. I dont usually care about this (it is the Boston area after all), but its kind of shocking how fast its fallen from grace in this category. In addition, stuff is out of stock often despite still being on the show floor. And the kicker is usually my credit union debit card is declined. They say its a bank thing but i'll leave and it will work everyone else around town. On a recent visit when it was declined (again), they pointed me to the atm (funny how the same debit card works fine there). They watched me take money out, then went through a whole thing verifying if the cash was counterfeit. I was like, you dont trust the cash from your own ATM? Very insulting. Lastly, the parking lot is small but a nightmare. Every idiot has to "back in" and blocks the main road trying to get in. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.. theres enough competition now that I dont have to put up with this place. read more

After a lifetime of construction and heavy landscaping, this old 76 year old body has had it. Joint pain and the residuals of a broken hip (not my fault, got knocked over by neighbor's dog) leaves me with joint pain. So I went to Bud's to get something. I called and got educated and advice. What they recommended was a blend, under the brand name I Am Edible gummy. What a relief. There is a bit of THC in these (no, don't think of the stuff from the 1960s) and there goes the desire to walk to 7/11 for ice cream. This is good!!!!! So, not only am I feeling better physically, I am sleeping longer (that's when your body heals) and getting back into shape by not eating the wrong food. My violin teacher in NJ is having pain and in NJ it is more difficult to open cannabis dispensaries due the politics of licensing. A place like Bud's is waiting on licensing through the state which will take another year, so she will have some relief. Look, we baby boomers had the attitude that the hell with the future and live for today. Well guess what, we are still here!!!! Bud's will help. thank you guys read more
