Great stuff! I came in with my sister to get our watches resized over the summer and the guy did it so easily and barely charged us anything at all. I wanted it resized again recently so I went in today and again experienced super service. The woman, one of the people who owns the establishment, was there today too and she was very friendly. I had suggested the anklet be made shorter than what they recommended due to small ankles but followed the recommendation anyway and when I tried it on, it was still a bit long :( they also kept the excess gold. Worst jewelry store experience I've ever had. I almost never write reviews, but this experience deserves one. I walked into this jewelry store, which I found on Yelp, to have a $5,000 certified ring appraised. I was also considering upgrading to something better for my fiancée. I'm heavily tattooed, but I'm also well-spoken and respectful. From the moment I walked in, I was stared at like I was about to rob the place--even though I had called five minutes earlier to let them know I was coming. I politely asked if I could get my ring appraised. The jeweler barely glanced at it through his microscope and immediately asked what I wanted for it. When I told him I had paid $5,000, he laughed, told me I had been ripped off, and offered me $500. Then he laughed again and claimed that the most I'd ever get anywhere else was $700. I left politely and went to another jeweler. Long story short, I got $4,600 for the exact same ring. This man was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. People like this should not be in business. Save yourself the headache and frustration--do not go to this shop. read more
