What can I say, except that William did an excellent job on my car. I have a black car and it needed some serious TLC. Black cars show off any paint imperfection, especially swirl marks. William is the miracle worker and polished my car to a beautiful shine. Besides some dings (car is 3 years old), my car now looks better than the day I brought it home from the dealership brand new. I had an unfortunate mishap of having abrasive chemicals being splashed on my brand new car. The chemicals left some unpleasant markings on my clear coat, and I knew this was going to be a significant job. I contacted several auto detailers and William was the only who not only promptly contact me back, but also met me in person within the hour to give me a quote. I love my cars, and I'm very particular with every single detail. William did a fantastic job with wet-sanding and polishing my car, the clear coat looks brand new! Had my 10-year old RED SUV clay waxed (which I do every year prior to Summer) and detailed. William was very prompt, courteous and professional, worked several hours to get the job right despite it being a heavily overcast and misty day. Did the waxing in garage and was hyper aware of looking for all residue when job was completed. William was also cognizant of my wheel dust residue staining my driveway and so washed the car in the street, rather than driveway, to prevent that from happening. Cigarette smoke stains, water damage to lining of roof inside, zero shine to the paint, stains on the carpet, and overall filth. No exaggeration - I showed up 3 hours after he started and the car was shining like crazy from the outside, like new paint. There was not a single sign of water staining or smoke stains on the ceiling fabric of car, and the seats looked as if they hadn't been sat in for years. We bought a fixer to save some money, yet provide a great gift to a family member. But after he detailed it, the car sure as heck did not look like a fixer any longer. Will detailed my car yesterday morning and I couldn't be happier! It was in decently bad shape and I hadn't washed or waxed it in a long long time. I bought a coupon on OC Register for full detailing ($90 value for a quarter of the price!) and it was a great decision. Detail included wash, clay bar, wax, tires, vacuum, dashboard, and cupholders (no shampoo). Will was great with communication (we had to reschedule due to rain) and was always very happy to accomodate my schedule. Best of all, he travels to you! William Umana just detailed our new Lexus RX 350 by applying a permanent protective coat. He said it would take 8 to 10 hours, but he ended up working on it over two days for about 15 hours, because he and his employee wouldn't stop until he was happy with it. Very hard workers.
