    Professional, fast and convenient. I contacted John this afternoon and asked for a quote on a detail or a wash. He offered a very reasonable price and I asked him if it would be okay if he could wash my car later in the day. He texted me a time that worked for both of us and contacted me when he was on his way. He provided his own water and vacuum. The only thing that he requested was an outlet so that he could connect it. He was able to finish my car within half an hour or so. My car looks immaculate; as though I just purchased it from the dealership. I definitely recommend his services if you are in the surrounding areas. I know that I will continue to use his services for mine and my wifes car moving forward. P.S. My car smells awesome too!

    I normally do not post reviews but this guy is absolutely amazing! Yesterday he detailed our 2017 Honda Pilot that was really dirty inside and out after not cleaning it during the pandemic. John showed up a little earlier than his scheduled appointment which was refreshing. He got to work immediately and our car looks like showroom condition! He was honest, efficient, responsible, reliable, very kind, and works very very hard! You will not be disappointed by using John to detail your car as he is a pro!

    They did a great job on both our cars. Arrived on time and the awesome wax job actually removed a lot of the small scratches.

However the platinum wash was not getting my car clean every time. So I was considering halting the membership . But, lo and behold, the car wash machine made the decision for me by CRACKING MY WINDSHIELD. This was not just a small crack . It's super long and spans the driver and passenger sides of the car. There was no nick small crack prior to entering the car wash. The car wash associates were understanding when I told them I needed to cancel my future membership due to the damage. I also, asked if I could get a refund on the $39 membership for this month. They told me that the manager would reach out to me but the manager has not called. Why doesn't the manager give the associates the authority to process a simple refund? The manager must be a control freak ! I guess the manager who does not show up to "work" at a car wash where the customers and machine do all the work is a lazy, incompetent person with poor customer service skills. Seriously, I gave the manager a chance and waited. In the nearly 2 weeks while I waited it been such a hassle to replace the windshield. I had to make an appointment at auto glass replacement, showed up, then they told me the windshield was bit there. So I went elsewhere, had to work with my insurance who will only pay a portion of the $2000 after I pay the deductible . Save yourself the trouble . It's a dirty business that doesn't refund a violated customer.

It seems like instructions don't always get followed, or there's a disconnect between the front staff and the team finishing the vehicles. My main issue--and the reason I'm deducting stars--is the front desk experience. The woman at the front is consistently rude and has been every time I've come in over the years. It comes across as dismissive and unprofessional, which is frustrating since she's the first point of contact. A role like that really sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately, it brings the overall service down. They also have inconsistent hours. There have been times I've driven over only to find they've closed early without any notice, which is frustrating and inconvenient.

I paid $39 for a full service, but the interior wasn't vacuumed properly at all. When I spoke to the manager, he seemed confused about what was included in the service and didn't appear to have much knowledge about the cleaning standards they advertise. Instead of fixing the issue or offering a solution, he told me that next time I should ask for a "deep vacuum." So I came back and paid nearly $40 again, specifically mentioning the vacuuming--and once again, the interior was not cleaned properly.
