John responded promptly to my text and had availability the next day. He arrived on time, communicated well, and took his time on both cars and did a great job for a very reasonable price. He offered a very reasonable price and I asked him if it would be okay if he could wash my car later in the day. He texted me a time that worked for both of us and contacted me when he was on his way. He provided his own water and vacuum. The only thing that he requested was an outlet so that he could connect it. He was able to finish my car within half an hour or so. If they dont nickle and dime you they complain how far you live etc etc. Jonathan is local to the Mission Viejo, Trabuco Canyon, Foothill Ranch, and RSM area. Hard worker at what he does and if something is not right he will do everything he can to make it right. Customer satisfaction is what it's about. I found John's Mobile Detailing on Yelp, and I'm so happy I did. With two small kids, my car was gross. I'm not really sure how kids can destroy a car so quickly. I texted the company on a Wednesday and in less than a half hour, I received an answer to my questions. They were reasonable and able to come out that Saturday. Until they showed, I received regular communication confirming our appointment time and letting me know they were on their way. Two guys showed up with everything they needed to get started. They even brought their own water. Then, they worked on my small sedan for more than 2 hours. It looked amazing! I was impressed that they not only waxed the outside, but took the time to wash my car mats, scrub the leather seats (yes, they needed scrubbing), and clean all of the pockets and cubbies (I'm not sure that's a car word). I had cleared out the trunk hoping they would vacuum it out. They not only vacuumed the top layer, but all of the layers down to the spare tire, and washed the carpet too. Really, if you have kids this is the gift you most want. Normally I drive my car around town with some degree of embarrassment. Today I felt so fancy driving my car. Used to visit a very expensive detail service in Costa Mesa and to compare John's work with that high dollar group is not fair. John was determined to make me a satisfied customer, and for the service small service (exterior only, two vehicles) he was able to buff out all sans the front bumper wrap on this 11 year old truck which is forever parked outside. A small amount of brake dust was left on the rear rim. It wiped off easily; an oversight. I was surprised to see a blemish remaining on the Prius passenger door. A carpet roll hit it and muffed the finish. I expected it to be buffed out and it is evident the area was worked. Perhaps it needed special attention.
