I messaged him two days before to ask what kind of payment they accept, he told me, I assumed that he was still coming. 9:42am rolls around.... No one shows up. 9:45.... Nothing. 10:12am....... Still no one. I give up expecting anyone to show up. I tried texting him on the number listed on his website, no response. I called it, went to voicemail but the voicemail was not set up so I could not leave a voice message. I read that this was a new business, I'm Not sure how old this gentleman is but The way I was treated today was so disappointing and disheartening. I was honestly looking forward to giving this person my business and if he did a quality job, I would have rebooked. I arranged my day around the appointment time he gave me. I also went and got extra cash to give him a good tip as well. I just don't understand why an appointment was confirmed but then no one showed up. Please learn from your mistakes, treat your customers better, be a more decent person or you will not succeed.
