I get when someone doesn't pay to get there car detailed the inside won't be hit as hard but they missed obvious dirt on the outside of my truck. At one point I was the only customer there so they shouldn't have felt rushed but I will not be back in the future after seeing just how many areas were missed on my truck. Examples are the edges of windows. Base of the truck and wheel wells were you could tell they rushed and missed getting every part of the vehicle. If I paid less I would be back but for 60 bucks I at least expect there to be no dirt on the outside of my truck.

However the platinum wash was not getting my car clean every time. So I was considering halting the membership . But, lo and behold, the car wash machine made the decision for me by CRACKING MY WINDSHIELD. This was not just a small crack . It's super long and spans the driver and passenger sides of the car. There was no nick small crack prior to entering the car wash. The car wash associates were understanding when I told them I needed to cancel my future membership due to the damage. I also, asked if I could get a refund on the $39 membership for this month. They told me that the manager would reach out to me but the manager has not called. Why doesn't the manager give the associates the authority to process a simple refund? The manager must be a control freak ! I guess the manager who does not show up to "work" at a car wash where the customers and machine do all the work is a lazy, incompetent person with poor customer service skills. Seriously, I gave the manager a chance and waited. In the nearly 2 weeks while I waited it been such a hassle to replace the windshield. I had to make an appointment at auto glass replacement, showed up, then they told me the windshield was bit there. So I went elsewhere, had to work with my insurance who will only pay a portion of the $2000 after I pay the deductible . Save yourself the trouble . It's a dirty business that doesn't refund a violated customer.

I go into the self wash bay and do a self wash then I drive into the one where it does it for you.. so I pay twice, and wash the car twice but get a clean dry car for less than 20 bucks.
