I bought a rowhouse with a 1 car garage and gravel parking pad. The garage had quite a bit of deferred maintenance over the decade or so since it was built. The roof leaked. There was cracked plastic siding, some wood rot to the underlying plywood, and rotting exterior trim. The concrete garage floor was badly cracked and poorly repaired, allowing water in during the winter that would froze on the garage floor. Olive Branch did an excellent job removing and replacing the roof with upgraded architectural shingles. They replaced rotten plywood and trim, installed a vapor barrier, then re-sided the garage with upgraded Hardiplank siding. The concrete floor was demoed, removed and hauled off, then the garage floor and gravel parking pad were replaced with high-strength cement. A new french drain along the garage door keeps the rain out. The estimate was clear, accurate, and reasonable. The service was spot-on. Work crews showed up on time and didn't leave a mess. Tim oversaw all the work and ensured the job went as planned. He made sure all those minor hiccups that happen in every job were resolved to my satisfaction. I'm very pleased with the outcome and will definitely use Olive Branch again for my next exterior project.

CAC workers were on time and showed up reliably, which was helpful. The front and back of slab were plumb, no issues - but the left and right sides were not square as measured using the 3-4-5 square method, creating a problem for tile work. The discrepancy was enough to delay tile install by another contractor. It had to be made right or the tile surface would have been uneven and unattractive. When asked to inspect his work product and make it right, the owner Carlos responded that his measurements were perfect and he had made no mistakes. What could have been resolved with action and accuracy instead led us to hire someone we trust (a different yelp-verified business) who squared the slab and lumpy surround expertly. Their work wasn't bad but the part that wasn't good was mishandled with a closed attitude, unpleasant communication and delays. Finally we recovered $300 of the $450 we incurred to fix the surface and get on with tiling. But not without stress or dramatics. C A C Masonry owner used pressure tactics to get me to remove my factual review, and when I sent his text to Yelp Business, they encouraged me to repost. Their message in photos. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the front door trim replacement. I provided photos and explained that I wanted something similar to the existing trim. We discussed flat PVC, and I specifically asked if it would be similar to what was already there, just without the decorative profile. The finished result was not what I expected, and the caulking and paint work did not look professionally finished. Paint was left on the concrete near the bottom door trim, and debris was left in the yard. The storm door also did not operate properly after the work--it no longer opened as far or closed/latch as it had before. Screws were also left stripped and shutters were bent. I had to carve out additional time for the company to return and try to correct the issues. I had also requested replacement of the smaller inner trim, but only after the work was completed was I told that it was part of the storm door and could not simply be replaced. I wish this had been explained during the estimate so I could have made an informed decision beforehand. The original project also included work on the garden hose connection. They ran into an issue and told me they would provide a new quote, but I never received one. Even if they ultimately couldn't complete the work, a follow-up letting me know would have been appreciated. Overall, the concrete work was good, but the door-trim workmanship, cleanup, communication, additional time required for corrections, and lack of follow-through left me disappointed.
