It is a rough time for me in the winter months and sometimes my life gets away from me. A symptom of ADHD is the inability to move or organize plaqued with the extreme desire to have a clean space and the shame of the disability being misunderstood as laziness. I ALSO HAVE A 8 year old Husky which is also a huge furry hurdle. I was scrolling fb and saw an ad for Happy Clean Atlanta offering. I decided to schedule. The young (Lisa) showed up on time and spent 2 hours cleaning. I thought she would only be able to clean my kitchen and living room... But she also cleaned my bathroom and bedroom. It felt light and like my house was a hotel. My energy immediately affected. Having a clean space is emotionally healthy and is self care. Worst cleaning company I've ever used. We contracted them to do a move out deep clean and paid $380 (plus a $57 tip up front). What we got was far from that, not even up to the standards of a normal clean. The house was completely empty of furniture save for a couch and a bed (without a mattress on it) so should've been an easy clean. Multiple drawers in the kitchen were left untouched and filthy. The laundry room was also not touched. Multiple areas had cobwebs and dirty floors. Shower had clumps of hair and didn't look clean. When we reached out to Brittany to voice our concerns she replied, "well we're all human and we make mistakes, deal with it"... not an apology or a way to rectify the problem. We sent her pics of some of the dirty drawers and she responded with "oh well that would take like 5 minutes"... in reality it took me about an hour to clean those, the rest of the untouched areas and the laundry room. We didn't have time for them to come back and try to clean up all the spots they missed. What we requested was for them to simply refund the tip of $57 and Brittany refused (see screenshot in attachments)... unbelievably bad customer service. She also claims the cleaners were there from 3-7 when we have time stamps from our security system that shows they left at 5:52 (arrived around 3:05). Only way I would recommend this company is if you want half a$$ service for a premium a$$ price. read more

I have been using a larger company for some time and every single week, there would be a different crew in my home. I felt uncomfortable with different people coming to my home weekly... So, I contacted this company and the owner, Brittany, was very kind. She was very responsive to all of my questions, concerns and answered my emails within a reasonable time frame. She showed up for our consult on time and was prepared to give me a quote. I asked her about who would be cleaning the home. She assured me that there would not be a rotation of strangers in my home. I've been using her weekly for the past 2 months and I'm very satisfied. My home looks amazing every time, smells fresh and the owner has kept her promise with regards to a rotation of people in our home. As shown by my rating, I was totally dissatisfied with Happy C lean's service. I contracted for a deep clean, but what was provided wasn't even a normal clean -- the ceiling fans, kitchen count top, refrigerator exterior, and base boards, door frames, floors were not completely cleaned. Also, cobwebs were not removed. There was more than adequate time to perform adequate cleaning, since I paid for a 1,600 sq. ft. house when only about 1,100 was occupied, one room was totally unfurnished.The poor cleaning job may be due to the fact that two people were scheduled to clean but only one showed up. One of the most disheartening aspects about this situation is that when I informed the office of my concerns, no effort was made to correct the situation, such as scheduling a return visit to redo the work. The office acted as if my situation is the norm. I could/would not refer this company and I certainly wouldn't hire them again. read more

I scheduled for two cleaners but only one cleaner came, however, I scheduled for a Tuesday because the rep on the phone said I would have two cleaners if I pushed back the cleaning date from that Saturday to that Tuesday. With Thanksgiving coming up we have family coming to visit we wanted a deep clean of our place. We scheduled cleaning of the vent hood over our stove. The person who arrived had never before cleaned a vent hood. She cleaned ONLY the visible surfaces, not the internal fans. She broke our unit and never mentioned that there was a problem. Bottom line is that we had to spend more than the cleaning charge to repair the damage done to our vent hood. They have not responded to our calls to correct the situation. I would never do business with this company again. read more

I gave 5 stars not because they did a great job, but because they spent long hours to make sure that every areas in my house got final touch before my realtor got a photographer to take photos to be listed on the market. I moved out of state, so I wouldn't be able to go check how they did it myself. I judged from the first buyer who came to look at my house made an offer right away. Note: I paid this company to only do inside cleaning for me, not outside. I paid other companies to pressure washing outside, driveway and window.
