Taking the great advice of Yelp reviewers, we made the short drive to MISO Ramen and Poke Bar. The restaurant is located in a large complex, a few doors down from Publix. Inside, the decor is modern and casual. We were greeted and given our choice of open tables. Our server was kind and offered suggestions. I went with the veggie ramen and my daughter got the Poke. They brought out some fish chips while we waited for our meals. The ramen is ample and filled with fresh toppings. The broth was plant-based and hearty. A great ramen! But I have to admit, seeing my daughter's poke bowl made me wish I'd ordered THAT. I've never seen a poke bowl more beautifully served and it was filled with fresh fish, rice, and the other accompaniments she'd ordered. I stole a few bites and it was excellent. We also ordered two boba teas to go, brown sugar and Thai tea. They were delicious treats to enjoy as we drove back down to our resort. I wish this place were close to home. Usually places just have one salmon and one tuna option, but they had spicy tuna, different salmon mixes, and several other choices. I went with a salad base instead of rice and absolutely loaded it up with toppings -- basically everything except carrots. I also paid extra for avocado because obviously that's mandatory. For sauces, I got the house chili sauce with just a little spicy mayo mixed in. The small bowl was actually a really generous size for the price, which surprised me.
