Food: what attracts me is Ichiddo this brand. I had it in London, Shanghai. It's a global chain brands. The quality in Vero Beach is not good as the one in London nor Shanghai. Service: I don't call this as service. The girl placed the order and serve the food. We never get the water. I was shocked that 15% tips is mandatory in this restaurant. If so, they should say something when people place order or print it out on manual. This is not a 15% tips service standard by all means. Ambiance: after being told 15% tips as mandatory. It does feel being ripped off. It's hard to enjoy this restaurant. I don't think I will come back ever to Ichiddo Vero Beach. read more

Been eyeing this place since it first opened and finally got a chance to visit. I came during the evening and the restaurant wasn't too packed. I got seated right away and i ordered the Chicken Kara-age, which was delicious. Then I ordered the Char Siu Ramen which is basically roasted pork belly.y dish was pleasant and it wasn't too salty like other reviews have noted. To finish the experience I ordered a Tarp Milk tea and i gotta say it was alright, not the best, as I have had better but this was fulfilling. The staff were super friendly and the restaurant was clean, and it wasn't too loud for the amount of people that were there. The next time I crave ramen, I know where to go. read more

I tried Ichiddo after all the hype on Facebook, and was extremely disappointed. I got the Spicy Miso Ramen and it had no taste whatsoever. The broth was BLAND as could be with a bunch of chili sauce. The noodles were just okay, and the egg was unseasoned. I could have easily made better ramen at home. The service was fine, restaurant was clean, and had a modern design. The food was expensive. I would rather drive to Melbourne for better quality ramen. Take your money elsewhere. read more

Went with a group of six, including kids. Not a good choice for kids. The menu was very limited and I think I've had better hospital food. The flavors were bland in the beef and kimichi choices. I will say, the green tea bubble tea was good. And the service was fast and nice...Hence the two stars. read more

Great food for a chain establishment! I love their red curry ramen, spicy miso ramen, kimchi ramen, char siu pork bun, and short ribs. I go here with family pretty frequently as the service is always very kind. The drinks are great and offer a wide range of customization with popping pearls, tapioca pearls, jelly, and sweetness levels. My personal order is a matcha milk tea 50% sweetness and no toppings. read more

Ichiddo Ramen in vero beach was a great experience! The restaurant was peaceful with a cool Asian flare. Selection of menu was on the small side, but the taste was better than expected and was hot and fresh! The people that work there are very nice, however the food was not good at all and the appetizers were sadly small. I believe the food is prepared in a different date and heated up once you order. Back from Asia this past summer with a huge appetite for Ramen, and Ichiddo really delivered. Very authentic. The people are beyond wonderful and the food was terrific. I have since ordered take-out and they have instructions included so you get the same temperature food as if it was being brought right out of their kitchen. They have a great variety of appetizers and they are priced very reasonably. No need to search for ramen. Any where else in Vero. This was my first time at Ichiddo and the lady at the register was very nice in helping me pick out a ramen (char siu), which I got To Go. Once home and ready to eat, I saw that my dish was missing the egg. For $17+, that was very disappointing. The ramen itself was good. read more

Knowing how we have a limited market for Asian food I was stoked to see a place open near us and don't have to travel out to PSL/Melbourne to get some good Ramen or Bao buns. After having tried this several times I have to say Service is great, ambience is great - however, food is lackluster at times. Idk if they're making the food to cater the market but there should be some flavor. Chicken stir fry shouldn't taste bland, & the Bao buns tasted like mcChicken sandwiches. There's a lot of potential for this little hole in the wall place if they can be authentic vs trying to to too much to their customers. People coming to eat should expect to taste the authenticity. read more

they NEVER asked how we were but everyone around else around me got asked multiple times. and once i got my check, i saw that they CHOSE a tip for themselves. i didn't get to choose what percent tip I wanted. The food was not all that great for that. the fried chicken was very OILY and it felt like I myself was in that pan cooking along with the chicken, BATHED in oil. The music was Chinese instead of Japanese when its supposed to be a Japanese restaurant seemed a little racist .
