The grumpy lady who has been taking my calls for the past months has been nothing but rude and sounds like she does not like where she's working or what she's doing. I did try to be patient with her many times and just try to ignore her unprofessional rude attitude but today I really had enough of it. I called today to request for doctor's note for my kids and she was being her usually rude self. At the end of our phone conversation, I still try to be nice and said " thank you so much!" And she went like "kbye" and hung up on me. Girl, you are working on a doctor's office where people need your compassionate care and assistance. If you don't like your job then don't take it out on us patients!

However, to check in before the appointment time and not be seen for almost 40 minutes to pee in a cup is insane. The area was in disarray and there were no announcements made regarding the timing of which people were being brought in, unless you went up to someone and asked. The lab tech that assisted me, S. Vasquez, was rude and dismissive. She called my name, I responded, she asked for my registration number and I said it's here on my number and then she asked for my ID, I said it's right here in my wallet (mind you, my wallet is attached to my keys which were in my purse, readily available). I was then told to "wait out here until you get your stuff ready then I'll be back." Hm. Okay? Then someone else was called in by another tech and was asked for the same information, they said it was in their purse and allowed right in. But I was told to stay outside. Then when I was finally let in, I showed her what she asked for then was told to put my purse into their lockbox. I was given my cup and instructions "fill the cup to the line, put the rest of the urine in the toilet, do not flush and only 4 minutes to do so." I was then told to sit down and fill out some paperwork and sign. When I went to leave, there was a purse on top of the lock box. I asked whose it was because I did not feel comfortable touching someone elses belongings. Another lady who was getting labs retrieved her purse, I then went and got mine from the container. I received unfair treatment and left upset and confused. I do not like to give 1 stars because nothing could possibly be *that* bad which is why I'm giving 2 stars. This interaction was definitely 1 star and I will never be coming back to this Labcorp if I can avoid it. Thanks for listening.

Was in and out within 30 minutes of my scheduled time. Also I am deathly afraid of needles but every single time I get blood drawn I feel nothing at all. I liken these women as the doctors in Vietnam. Seeing so many patients they became quite adept at treating them. These phlebotomists see dozens and dozens a day so they are excellent at what they do.
