The front desk person and the girl who actually did the ultrasound this past Saturday were both very sweet and caring and took the time to do my daughters ultrasound to her satisfaction. Seeing my future grand daughter on the screen was a wonderful experience, it meant a lot to us! We found out that the baby has dimples, full lips, hair growing and a cute button nose. We couldn't be more happy to see her on the monitor. She looks beautiful, healthy and adorable! This was such a wonderful experience, from beginning to end, it was a generous 5 stars! I was delightfully surprised. I arrived an hour early, and when I arrived, the waiting room was busy, but I was able to sign in within five minutes. The attendants at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I was prepared for a long wait, but I was called about 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The technicians were also friendly and warm, taking the time to explain the process and help make me comfortable. The level of attention was better than I received at centers in Irvine. The test was easy and painless, and they got me in and out in a fraction of the time I expected to be waiting. The only reason I couldn't give them a five is that the facility (compared to Irvine) was old. One of the bathrooms had a door handle that couldn't be locked, and a sign on the mirror said the sink was out of order; use the hand sanitizer. Facility aside, the service was very good, and I would return if I had to again.

Changing it to 4 stars Went to my PCP for a possible bone fracture/sprain. I was told to go get my x-ray at this location. I left my doctors office around 3 pm or so. I tried calling this location to see if they can still take me in but no one ever picked up. Yelp says they close at 5 pm so I went anyway. Turns out, they stop taking in patients after 3pm, which I thought was a little weird because i've had my x-ray taken later than that before at other imaging centers. Anyway, I wasted my time going here and now I gotta take some time off work again just to get my x rays done on a different day.
