It used to be the worlds greatest bank. So yesterday after posting this review I called in to make an appointment for help. After holding for over 30 minutes I hung up. This morning I went into the bank again and it was quiet with a different associate who helped me with my wire transfer. Both employees who were there yesterday were friendly and the experience was good. If you are reading this Mr or Ms manager, you need sufficient staffing during peak times. Tyler Kinney, store lead associate was very professional and knowledgeable this morning. He gets five stars, I am changing my rating to 4 stars overall.

They were conscientious, they Tried to be fair, and they weren't overly concerned about what they couldn't do, focusing instead on how to solve a problem rather than stop a problem from being solved. This branch takes the opposite approach. I've never met a happy cashier, I've never spoken with a less- than- curt loan officer and I've never met A friendly manager. Codi Wallace called me and said that the Chex Service they used said I was involved in fraud. This was definitely not the case and I obtained a copy from the Chex Service which indicated no information available. I have been banking since my teens and never been turned down. I called Codi and asked to speak to the bank manager. Codi put me on hold and I never was referred to the branch manager. I went to First Community and was pleasantly accommodated. I do not know what is wrong with Banner Bank but I would not recommend them.
