It used to be the worlds greatest bank. So yesterday after posting this review I called in to make an appointment for help. After holding for over 30 minutes I hung up. This morning I went into the bank again and it was quiet with a different associate who helped me with my wire transfer. Both employees who were there yesterday were friendly and the experience was good. If you are reading this Mr or Ms manager, you need sufficient staffing during peak times. Tyler Kinney, store lead associate was very professional and knowledgeable this morning. He gets five stars, I am changing my rating to 4 stars overall.

I'm surprised at some of the reviews that indicate people have been dissatisfied with their customer service. My experience has been totally the opposite with U.S. Bank. I find the tellers and management to be extremely cooperative and friendly and always attentive to our needs.
