Dr. Beck is without a doubt the most caring, responsive, and personable vet I have ever used for any of my animals! And I have been a dog, cat, and horse owner for the past 20 years. From her routine chiropractic maintenance of my horse to vaccines, coggins, floating teeth, and diagnosing/treating lameness in my friend's horse, I have seen her conduct her practice with care, concern, and extreme attention to detail and customer service. Dr. Beck is adept at using technology in her practice and responds to emails quickly when there is a concern or you just need to schedule an appointment or ask a question. I feel as though she is endlessly patient in answering questions and takes a very practical, yet creative and results-based approach to everything she does. During the two fumbled attempts to find a vein by the tech, my cat hissed ( something she's never done in more than 10 years of companionship.) Fiona also physically resisted the procedure. I insisted on more sedation and a new technician to set the IV for infusion. A second relaxant injection and a new technician allowed my cat a comfortable journey from this world to the next. A very sad decision tree gave my dear pet a traumatic end of life experience. I am ridden with guilt for having put my cat and me in the Animal Kingdom Clinic's hands.

I called the office and was told that I could pick up pain medicine in the morning. It was 330PM. I had to carry and walk her for 12 hours while she cried and coughed. I won't write about the calls back and forth. When Dr Tabor finally called she let me know that there was nothing that could've been done to prevent/alleviate my dog's suffering. Not acceptable. I have had 11 of my own and 6 foster dogs in 3 states. No dental has been like this.

And again at pick up time we were provided with 4 pages of care instructions. It is obvious how much she cares about the cats she takes care of. She is a certified Vet and charges WAY less than most Veterinary Clinics. She even checked for ear mites at no cost. When you enter the house "clinic" I wish I would have taken a picture of a write up about Anne. It explains why she is able to charge such a low price and about her commitment to taking care of the cats. She is committed to helping spay and Neuter farm cats so they do not over populate and get killed on the road or fill up animal shelters. She also takes care of house cats too. I also heard she can administer any of the shots a cat may need as well. If you are in need of cat services and don't mind a short drive this is a place you must consider. Be aware there may be a wait, I think we needed to schedule an appointment 4 months out. Not sure if she handles emergencies.
