Apart from the owners and the coaches being very supportive, other members are welcoming, supportive and team players. You stay motivated to keep pushing yourself because everyone there is cheering you on, it's literally a No Judgment Zone. My kids love the small kids room. It has an open door so I can peek in and it's filled with plenty of toys. The gym has set WOD and it's filled with TRX, CrossFit and Plyometric equipment.

The equipment is all in good condition and cleaned after each exercise; you are expected to clean each area yourself, and they provide towels and disinfecting spray to do so. The Hatha Yoga poses followed by gentle guided meditations helped me get in touch with pathways to ease, and deepen my loving kindness and compassion for others, and reflect on the nature of reality. The time I spent practicing with this group has helped me on my journey. There are many types of yoga being presented these days, all have wonderful benefits, but here is a priceless treasure in the form of Hatha yoga followed with contemplative meditation.
