Had to dispute that a few times. 2. The order that came was incorrect. I did not order a table and they said it was part of the set so I have no choice. The sales rep said they were separate pieces so no that is a lie or the rep doesn't know his products 3. I call and finally convince them that it was not ordered and I would like a refund so they say ok. 4. Relieved I am thinking wait a minute. What about restocking fee? I notice that they are charging me a restocking fee. Why???? I didn't order it. I live 2 hours away so difficult to drive in. But they say, go to the store. One says I will get refunded there, but the manager says she doesn't know. I asked to be directed to billing and she says there are no numbers for them. What!?!? 3. Now I am really angry with this service and I ask to be transferred to the store and she says she can not. Wow. I used to be a fan of Licung Spaces. Now definitely not and no more recommendations for them. Living spaces - do you ignore your reviews? They are very low, hope you get your act together. This is FRAUD.

We have been loyal customers for years, during which we have purchased two dining room sets, a four-piece bedroom set, two mattresses, an adjustable bed base, and a living room set. This is the first time we have ever received such terrible treatment. The salesperson assisting us had no idea what he was doing. He told us our monthly payment would be around $200, but when the financing information came back, we were told it would actually be $644. When we asked why, the excuse was that the approval through Acima was for a 24-month term. We explained that the payment was far too high, outside of our budget, and that we no longer wanted it. However, the manager continued insisting. We then decided to look at a more affordable option to see if it would fit within our budget. The salesperson returned with new numbers, saying there would not be much difference. He told us the payments would be around $94, but when the financing was presented, it came out to $244. I do not know if Ashley is so desperate for money that they mislead customers in hopes that someone will eventually agree so they can take their money. It is truly disappointing that a store that was always our first choice treated us this way. My issue the second time was not the monthly payment itself, but rather that once again the salesperson gave us one amount, only for the actual monthly payment to be much higher. Ashley is not the only furniture store that exists, nor the only place that sells mattresses. In fact, the very next day we went to Sleep Number, purchased the mattress we needed, and completed the entire process in no more than 45 minutes. It was totally worth the drive though, and merchandise changes daily! Most of the items they have are Target brands so you pretty much know what you are getting in terms of quality. Some items are discontinued from Target and some are currently on the website, however, they beat all the current prices. Some pieces were 50% off the website price and some were closer to 25% off (like the couch and tv stand I purchased). Delivery is available within a certain radius for $60 which is super reasonable. Jean helped me find what I needed and made sure the guys were able to deliver to my area. I'll update when I get my stuff delivered in a week or so!

Purchases for both stores can be rung up together. For bigger items such as furniture, rugs, and paintings, these items can be held at the front while you continue to shop. Just ask an associate for assistance. They have a cool help button in that section now so you don't have to flag someone down. Again, snag these up items when you see them, because they could be gone by the time you come back after browsing. You can find items for every room in your home, from living room furniture to bedding and bath and all the kitchen things! I love to cook so that's my favorite section. So many gripes and eyes rolling from fellow customers. Customer service is great. There are always associates walking around. The store is generally neat and organized.
