If I could give a ZERO review, I would. Here is why- 1. Delivery took 2 months - one was because of inclement weather, which I understand, but charged another delivery fee!!! Unbelievable. Had to dispute that a few times. 2. The order that came was incorrect. I did not order a table and they said it was part of the set so I have no choice. The sales rep said they were separate pieces so no that is a lie or the rep doesn't know his products 3. I call and finally convince them that it was not ordered and I would like a refund so they say ok. 4. Relieved I am thinking wait a minute. What about restocking fee? I purchased a rug and runner for a new residence and didn't open the rug until my move in date. The rug is poor quality, low profile and looks like it was from China. Called to return the rug still in the original bags and told there is a 7 DAY return for all products and that I couldn't return the rugs. Who has a 7 DAY RETURN? Update! Living spaces social media team asked me to email them to assist. Pointless. They responded instantly to my email stating they could assist with a refund. I asked for clarification if it was for the sofa or the warranty. About 3-4 days go by and they finally respond to me. Tell me I can only do anything through the warranty company, which already rejected my claims for the defects. They then send me a document showing how I can cancel the warranty. Here's the issue: I specifically asked the sales person when I purchased this sofa about the protective coating. She said if it ever wore off they would redo it no problem without charge to make sure the sofa stays protected. As you can see after a year of low use this is the condition of my sofa. I spent $5k for low quality products and for a warranty I can't use. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LIVING SPACES! The quality is subpar and the customer service is useless. The couch is a beautiful quality! delivery was fantastic and the guys were super friendly. They brought it in my home as I had paid for and it was absolutely a white glove service. they let me know when they were on their way and nine minutes out. The communication was very on point I was quoted that my couch would arrive between the 13th and the 20th and my couch was delivered on the 11th. The absolutely exceeded my expectations. I filed a claim for my less than year old couch due to an accident caused by a pen mark (which is "covered" by their warranty description) but despite providing all the necessary documentation, my claim was repeatedly denied without clear explanation. They said the pen mark was caused by "normal wear" which in my opinion is not a pen mark- do you know anyone that marks their couches with pen on a regular day? The sales people push it like they will cover anything. They do NOT. Don't be fooled. The customer service team was unhelpful, offering no real solutions and showing little interest in resolving the issue. I then asked for one more for my adjustable base that is not that big compared to a mattress. The employee insisted that it would not fit and went back and forward with me. With the peg/legs off, the base is roughly if not the same since as the mattress. I don't want the electrical ports on the base to mess up so I was going to bag it like the mattress to keep fresh. I think laziness and the lack to wanting to tare another bag off the roll and fold it up, as if I wasn't going to help and do it for him. Once I got home, I decided to complete the purchase. I placed the order and went to set up delivery. Since there was an extra charge on top of the normal delivery charge to have them delivered on Monday, I opted to have them delivered to family on Tuesday. When there would not be family available on Tuesday, I called to change the delivery and pay the extra charge for Monday delivery. It doesn't matter that there is a local number online, all calls go to the home office in another state. The person at the home office said they don't deliver to my area on Mondays, even with the additional charge. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that none were available. This was Thursday and the rep said she would have a manager from the Fort Worth store call me within 24 hours. After not receiving a call, I drove to the store on Sunday to pick up the tables myself. I was told that I was welcome to drive to a warehouse in Grand Prairie to pick them up and that delivery wasn't available in my area on Mondays. Again, I asked to speak to a manager. We did not purchase anything, so this review is only on the browsing experience. The showroom is easily the size of a Walmart supercenter, larger than Rooms to Go, Ashley, or Stacy's. We are looking for a sofa and some chairs, and found more to sit on than we needed. The varieties spanned styles and colors. Each item had a QR code on the tag that opened a webpage with selectable color and fabric options. We found several items that would work for us before having to leave for dinner. We left with several ideas and colors to think about. Prices seem a little high, expected for a large operation like this. We did not engage the sales people, though the ones who approached us were courteous and hands off. A bar was available in the back, with what looked like a margarita machine that was not in operation. A large children's play area is also closed for the pandemic, but looked to be elaborate and likely to bring kiddos back for more fun. If we purchase here, I'll update the review. I came in hopes of leaving with a new bed I kind of already knew the brand I wanted. I think a lady with a name tag that said "Julie" so she told us they"we aren't commissioned so you no one will be hovering over you". We go to the revive bed section, the guy helps and we go to finance and he gives me a QR code for affirm, it took $1217 and then i was told that it was t showing on there side. We walk to the front desk for help, where there were 2 older women, after the situation was explained they said " well it's not showing up on our end, so call your bank or affirm." And when I asked what they were going to do to help fix the problem they were like it's nothing we can do. Soon after it was up to 8 employees Just standing at the desk, talking instead of trying to help, just people being nosey. I hate that I don't have the option to give zero stars, or even negative stars... but I guess 1 star will have to do. I DESPISE this company! I took a trip to Living Spaces and found the perfect cabinet for my home. I sought out someone who could help me... and before submitting my payment, I was given a day for delivery. I accepted the terms and conditions for delivery on that day, and paid my balance. The night before delivery was supposed to happen, I received a text confirming the delivery the next day and a 3 hour time frame in which my item would be delivered. Awesome. I took the day off of work to be home and I made sure everything on my end was per the agreement, because the agreement said that if I weren't home or if I needed to cancel or reschedule the window THEY gave me, then I would have to pay 10% of my purchase. 10% of $1000+ is roughly $100 so... I made sure to be home. The item was never delivered. I called to see if there was an updated ETA, just to be told that they canceled by delivery. Nobody even called to let me know. I called the next day to see if there was a new delivery estimation. Guest Services (GS) told me they'd call me back later in the day with a new day for delivery. Nobody ever called me back. So the next day... I call and ask to speak to a manager. The manager told me he's very sorry and the item had arrived at the warehouse, but there were no delivery options available for me... that they were booked... and that it would have to be scheduled for 2 days after that. He said he would call me back at 1:30 to provide the time frame. He never did. And the item didn't show up when he said it would. Again. I called back. Asked to speak to a manager. (It's very difficult to get a manager on the phone.) This one told me he'd call me back by 5:30. He never did. I called back. Spoke to another manager who said he scheduled a callback in the system; that someone WOULD call me back to confirm delivery. Never happened. I called back again so I could see if I could just go pick it up myself at this point, just to be greeted with attitude! She said "what do you want me to do? It's 8pm!" Which infuriated me because yes, it is 8pm now, four days after my delivery had been cancelled, but I've been calling for DAYS and have called several times TODAY and nobody is helping me! She hung up on me. Because I was shouting at this point... And when they finally told me they could get it scheduled for Sunday... a day in which I'd be out of town... I was told I'd have to pay 10% of my delivery if I weren't home or if I needed to reschedule..... What. A. Joke!! And for all my efforts, I was offered "free assembly" on a solid wood item... that requires zero assembly. FINALLY, I was able to speak with a tech... not a manager... and he said "the system reported the item would be in transit for a week. So I don't know why anyone told you anything sooner. Would you like to schedule your delivery for Friday?" I appreciated that! Why couldn't the first 17 people I spoke to be that upfront?? Let's just say customer service is awful. It starts with the manager specifically Roger who is over the bedding department. After spending several thousands of dollars in the store, he was trying to be condescending to towards an elderly woman wanting to buy a pillow. Fact: the customer was given a $300 gift card for $5000 purchase. The gift card was expired unbeknownst to the customer. Here is where things get dicey. Two sales people said it was strange that the card was expired that they usually last for one year after purchase. Next another manager said this is strange because you have 48 hours after delivery before the gift card can be activated and it should last for two months , however, the customer wasn't given the full two months. She wasn't given the full two months with the expiration date. So which is it, 1 year, two months or the date on the card. It seems that the whole team was confused about this gift card. Roger, who is supposed to be the supervisor/manager of the department actedlike he's doing us a favor and gives $100 courtesy gift card. He feels like he is going above and beyond and tries to let us know this. The problem I have with this is that this customer has made several purchases along with several members of my family who have made purchases and I was bringing new customers into the store to make brand new purchases on the same day. Thousands of dollars has been spent in the store. The customer question is 80 years old. He feels that even though she has $5000 of her hard earned money a gift of $100 is appropriate when the gift card was for $300. There is no denying that the gift card was expired. It was the actions of Roger the manager that has this yelper up in arms. I hope no one ever treats any member of his family the way he treated that customer this day. My couch is barely 2 years old and the cushions are flat as a board, it squeaks, and the cushion cover can't even zip. I'm cancelling every warranty that I have. Stopped by the FW store and was surprised to see such a large selection of leather sectionals. Found the one I saw online but we didn't love it - but then found one that was exactly what we were looking for. A salesman, Kyle, greeted us early on and did a good job of checking in on us frequently without hovering over us the entire time. He was knowledgeable of the products and proactively looked up pricing, availability, etc. I needed to go home to measure once more before ordering, so he put everything into the system and emailed it to me, and arranged a time to call me to answer any questions, adjust the order, etc. I was able to place the order online from home and arrange a prompt, convenient delivery. I received emails and texts confirming the delivery and with updated times (they were running ahead of schedule) and they called us as well. The delivery guys were friendly and courteous, and quickly brought in & assembled the sectional.
