The man came back to clean up -- and with all of the leftover lox, fruit, bagels, muffins, etc. -- no trays/containers to take that back up to our desks since they had come in baskets + actual bowls, etc. that they had to take back. So we transferred that onto the plastic plates, but they'd be better off bringing extra aluminum trays next time rather than plastic bags. Will definitely ask them to bring extra metal trays next time for the cleanup.

The black garlic was very powerful, but not too over powerful where it was a problem. The salmon was a little dry, but the pistachio crusted helped a little bit.
