I've been meaning to write this review for a week, so here goes! Another year, and another day of PERFECT service from Ronnie's! Every year I deal with Danielle for set up and she is ON POINT! This year our servers and cooms were Hue & Baby. I couldn't have asked for more professional and nice guys! They were perfection! They kept contact with me and what they were cooking 1st, asked how I wanted to start serving etc. The food was cooked to perfection and EVERYONE loved it! In business they say your company is only as good as its employees and these ppl have the right team! Thank you Danielle for all of your help yet again and please pass onto your boss how amazing Hue and Baby were! Cannot wait to see you next year!! read more

Ronnies was terrible! This is the email I sent. No one has gotten back to me or offered to give some money back. THIS WILL END UP IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT!! We had 2 college boys cook are food they were overwhelmed. My daughter's graduation party was ruined. No body will ever use RONNIE'S AGAIN!!! I wanted to bring to your attention some of the issues that occurred at my daughter's graduation party on Saturday 6/27. I called on Saturday at 12:15 asking where the truck was with the food. I was not aware that the cooks don't show up at the shop until 12 to pick up the equipment and then proceed to the address. The servers that I hired to help with the party were here at 12. They helped get the chips on the tables as my guests were arriving at 1. As my guests started to arrive one by one, the food still was not here. At 1:15 the truck finally showed up, as more of my guests were arriving. My guests had to wait for the truck to back onto the driveway. Then the 2 boys had to unload the equipment and set up everything. They only had one tent, which they needed to tape because the water was starting to drip in from the pouring rain. We did provide tape and help patch up the tent. We were lucky to have our own tents, so the food could be put out without having rain pouring on top of it. It was now 2 o'clock, no set up and no food yet. I asked the boys what they needed help with and they said they were so sorry as they needed to get set up. I then helped them shuck the corn as one boy finished getting the grill ready and explained how long it would take to get everything out. I said to please get out hamburgers and hot dogs, as now my guests were out of appetizers. One of the boys was saying they should have been here way before 2:00 to set up. The servers that I had here to help, clean up, and restock drinks, were now also helping the boys set up, as was I. My husband restocked the drinks and also served my guests. I had the 2 servers stop helping the boys and cut the watermelon, so my guests had something to eat. I had some of my family members also come over to see what the hold up was and why was I helping with the corn. I then had the servers get all the salads out so my guests could continue eating. The food came out, all separately. Sausage and peppers first, then the hot dogs and hamburgers. I had to ask for plates and utensils for my guests along with cups. I did also have to provide some of my own cups as we continued to wait. Condiments didn't come out until the chicken came out by which point the hamburgers were already eaten. Then half an hour later, the beans, followed by the Mac and cheese. I had to keep going to all the tables letting them know what food would be coming out next. I helped cleaned up the tables as the servers were still helping the boys get stuff out of the truck. When the servers asked about the coffee, I said it should be on the truck. They started to prepare the coffee so that would be on time. The boys were done by 4:30, cleaned up and were in the truck by 5:30. Again they kept apologizing. I think there should have been at least 3 workers total to help prepare. It should also have been communicated how long set up time would take and how long for the food and condiments to be served. I have tons of corn left over because that was last to be served and people had already started to leave. I did pay for an extra hour, which that did not happen either. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the service that was provided. read more

Used Ronnie's for our employee appreciation company bbq. Highly recommended. The three guys were great with set up, food was cooked perfectly and they were extremely polite and very professional. Will definitely recommend and use again. The ribs were out of this world! read more

Utilized Ronnie's for an 80 person backyard graduation event. From the first contact to schedule the event through party planning, the staff was awesome. Day of event the staff showed up on time, setup and started there preparations. The event was a huge success and want the tank the entire staff that I worked with. OUTSANDING!! From start to finish these guys made our experience so memorable- from the ease of deciding on packages as they made all their information available online and the straight-forwardness of contacting & booking really stood out. From setting everything up with Danielle and how accommodating she was to our servers at the event Jose and Arris, it goes without saying that their customer service is second to none!! We booked the pig roast and they truly blew us away! Jose and Arris were incredibly kind and professional, set up such a huge spread and made everything so special for us. The pig was phenomenal and the amount of food they provided with the package from the additional meats to the sides was incredible! All our guests could not stop raving at how wonderful everything was. The little touches like providing plates and utensils to cooking additional burgers and dogs to leave with us as they were leaving to keeping everything so neat and clean just really meant so much to us! We got to enjoy our first big outdoor event in a long time to the fullest made possible by these guys as we did not have to lift a finger! We cannot wait to have an excuse to have these guys back for our future events. If you are considering doing something along the lines DO NOT HESITATE!! You will have a very hard time finding someone else who not only does a better job but truly knows how to make an experience a step above the rest! read more

Called ronnies and the guy literally started talking about how pricing was messed up bc of the election and started railing on Biden. Had an attitude before that and said his own pricing was wrong in his website. But he lost a customer immediately after that! read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED Pig roaster got heat exhaustion 30 minutes into BBQ, Ronnie replaced worker 1 hour later with a kid no more than 17 yrs old. Clients (ME) helped set up BBQ, tent, gave them lighter fluid, phone charger, hand truck, etc. Pig was burnt on 1 side dry on inside. I called the company next day and still waiting for manager to call me back. Guess they want to deposit my check first. read more

We had a graduation party for our daughter at the pool. The BBQ was a perfect addition. The good was great and plenty of it. The guests loved that they could order on demand and it was great for us because we had stress free party that slid us to hang with guests! read more

We used Ronnie's for our daughter's graduation party this past weekend. We could not be happier with the food and the service. The staff of three gentlemen were pleasant, accommodating and seemed to anticipate our every need. There was plenty of food and we received rave reviews from our guests. My husband loves to cook but this party of almost 70 people was more than he is used to cooking for. He was able to enjoy the party with family and friends for a change. This was awhile ago - from what I remember they were prompt, professional, and flexible! I got my event date wrong, figured it out a few days before the event and they were able to make it work for me. I do have to agree though as some reviewers mentioned they cooked everything in advance, food overall was just okay. I would have preferred more cooked to order service. Thanks again! read more

Always a great catering option for picnics! Have used them for pig roasts twice and will probably do so again in the future.

They get 2 stars for showing up early and cleaning up at the end. They changed 1 person in the crew midway who was supposed to be like the lead. The party was to start at 2pm but I asked them not to have EVERYTHING cooked at 2 but until guests arrived. I did not want them to come into the yard with all the food cooked already. The guests arrived at 2:15 with all the food cooked at 1:30. It was a hot summer day and the hamburgers by 3:30 when the guests wanted one after eating other things before were like lead.. I was under the impression they would cook from 2 to 4 not cook at 1:30 and sit and watch for 2 1/2 hours while the food in sternos got burnt and dry. $425. for full service and $1600 for food for 35 people!!! I could have taken my guests to a nice restaurant.) I also ordered veggie burgers and asked twice and the response was "If you want we can make some" but never got any. The final rub was after 2 hours they packed up their grills and tables and left the 3 hour old food not hot and not good (except for the ribs) The hamburgers were thrown out (hockey pucks my guests called them. Alot of money to have dried up hamburgers and chicken and $425 for full service which was for 2 kids to sit and wait for their shift to be over. I called a restaurant and had them bring food over after Ronnies left. NOT WORTH EVEN GOING TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT OVER. Keep the money and maybe use it to go to "how to time a party" school. read more

We have used Ronnie's for many 4th of July picnics in my mom's backyard. The staff is good and knowledgeable. They are very accomodating in their set-up and menu and offer more than just good BBQ. Everyone at our events always raves about the food and our vegetarian guests are especially grateful for the many veggie offerings. read more

We used Ronnie's Catering for our backyard wedding last July. The cooks and servers arrived on time, and were professional and courteous. The food was just ok- the grilled chicken wasn't marinated at all, and it was pretty dry. The London broil was overcooked a bit, and also somewhat dry. The salads were delicious. The servers cleaned EVERYTHING up, leaving us with very little to take care of afterwards. read more

Food was very good. Customer service was great! Made our party much less stressful. I was slightly disappointed in the lack of communication with the chefs and that the coffee was not properly set up and they failed to provide creamer. Used Ronnie's two years ago and had a great experience with them. Today, they refused to honor a contract they sent me three days ago.
