This catering service is a joke for a business. The food they prep and serve isn't even fresh let…read more alone made from scratch. Most of the entrees are pre-made and frozen as well as some of there sides and what they call "homemade" desserts are either pre-sliced and bake cookies or some boxed cake or brownie mix that you just add water to. The only thing they serve that's "fresh" are the veggies they provide as produce and even then the vegetables don't look appetizing. So unless you enjoy frozen, canned, boxed, pre-made and pre-cooked food to serve for your children or at your next party, wedding or special event, then I'd suggest that you keep looking elsewhere. This isn't even worth one star, but I gotta give it something in order to post my review.

Banquet Manager Kyp Andreou was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive to returning phone calls and e-mails. He helped me go over some pricing options, and when I made a final decision on our format and menu he was very agreeable. We went with an Oktoberfest themed event and settled on the International and Domestic Cheese Display, Butler Style passed appetizers of Quilted Franks with Spicy Mustard, Beef Sliders with Cheese, Pickle and Tomato, and Potato Pancakes with Sour Cream and Chives, plus their German Station - Carving Board. The carving station was excellent!! It included Roasted Loin of Pork, Grilled Bratwurst, Grilled Knockwurst, sliced Marble Rye Bread, plus Red Cabbage, Sauerkraut, German Potato Salad, and some great Honey Mustard and Ketchup Curry Sauce.
