Figured I would say this now as I will no longer be returning. Before I start though, I feel it's right to say that Frank is an amazing guy, always listened to how I wanted my hair cut and gave me what I think was the best haircut of my life. Super friendly and even funny. However, the other guy, I'm not even sure of his name, completely disregarded everything I said when cutting my hair around 10 months ago. I had wavy/curly hair and felt so confident with the way I looked, I'd figured with how well Frank has done in the past, his colleague would do the same but I was terribly mistaken. Before even saying how I wanted it cut, he began cutting my hair at an extremely fast rate almost as if he was rushing to leave. Cut my hair so unevenly and ridiculously short to where it looked like I had a partially grown buzz cut. My hair has since grown back completely different, not a single wave or curl in sight. Not to mention it was a week before my sophomore year of highschool. I was laughed at and made fun of. Everyone asking "How did he cut away all of the texture from your hair?" Using hair product was never anything I needed to do to achieve my desired look, however, now I have to use an excessive amount just to reach a fraction of what my old hair was like. I even went back to Frank a few months after to see if he could fix my issue as I've had nothing but good experiences with him, and even he couldn't... twice. Shameful and disgraceful how one person who doesn't care about their job can instantly ruin their colleagues work as well in Frank. I have already stopped many people from going here for their haircuts. My self-confidence of how I look has never been as low as it's been for the past 11 months due to this inconsiderate person whom I don't even know the name of. I will continue to make sure people that I know do not come here. I will attach a photo below of what Frank's colleague had done to me. I left the shop in tears. read more
