The service at Uncle Ike's is fantastic. When you come in, everyone is welcoming and kind, they have a staff with an excellent customer service skills when it comes to listening to what is being sought out by the customer; strain, company, sativa/hybrid/indica, the form products come in, what cannabinoids are needed, etc. I have yet to go in and not feel informed and can see that the staff educate themselves with their products and cannabis itself. They're great at getting orders done rather quickly, even when it seems they're having a peak in customers. Then, of course, there is the plethora of different companies products and really cool accessories, pipes, stickers, and vapes. There's no shortage of different products to take your time to look over. The cost of their products is worth it, and it's all priced accordingly to the quality of the product. I can't get enough of these guys. I started with the truffles, which or out of this world by the way. I'm mean face it most edibles out here taste horrible. Shady as hell practice of taking my card for payment, but processing it as an ATM transaction that charges $3.50 service fee which I would have avoided by staying in my own ATM network. When I slid my card in the normal looking card processor it processed my card as an ATM transaction which it isn't. At no time was I told, nor are there any signs that using your card there will result in the bullshit ATM fee which is easily avoided. Of course there is also a tip screen for the tender that reached behind him to pull the bag containing my preorder. It's just bullshit. Shady, shitty, and I definitely wont be back. read more

Go here. I live in the Central District but prefer coming here on account of the staff and atmosphere. At a lot of shops it feels like I'm grocery shopping but here I get to buy drugs. Massive selection and even when there are lines I'm never in there too long. It also helps that are folks there like Seth who can tell you how each cartridge, joint or bud will affect (effect) you down to an atomic level.
