Chase always has a tone to his voice which made me feel welcomed. Gailen has been friendly and funny while checking I.D.s. Overall, IMO they do their jobs VERY well. Budtenders: Ive been lucky to receive FANTASTIC recommendations from nearly all the staff. Josh is a sales pro - knowledgeable and quick to get me what I want. John has always been a kind soul and friendly face to see in the AM. Grant always wants to pick me out something that will get the party started. JaJuan knows where the deals are at. Lauren has been so nice and dedicated to providing a good product. Overall, I would have to put the stamp on these budtenders as the most knowledgable in town. Shift Leads: Sometimes things dont go completely smooth off the bat with a pre-order item but I always get 1000% reciprocated service from the shift managers. Heather has directed me to some of the BEST flower Ive ever had period. Jon opened a world of concentrates to my eyes and I really havent looked back. Sean is a legend and anytime I get there in the AM I know ill have a laugh or get a fun fact about a product or straight up life in general. Mike on the floor is a marijuana guru and just knows the place inside and out. Overall, they want you to leave happy and I very much appreciate it. Pre-Orders: The website has gone through some changes and SOMETIMES I get a substitution to what Ive picked - but I ALWAYS get a comparable product that I am satisfied by. Best pot shop in Seattle! This is a great store to visit if you've never been to a legal weed store before. If you're a light to heavy cannabis user, this location is also great for you! They have a huge selection of prerolls, infused prerolls, preroll packs, vape cartridges, all types of dab concentrates, flower, edibles, drinks, tinctures, bath bombs, pills, topicals, inhalers, and I'm sure I'm missing a few things. It was my first time visiting a dispensary and my budtender, Kellen, was incredibly helpful when it came to picking out what I want. He made lots of great suggestions and made it a super fun process, while also listening and understanding that I was brand new and needed some guidance! With his help I ended up selecting edibles, a drink, and some carts and they were all incredible quality and top notch! I never felt rushed or pressured, which is a deal breaker for me. I was a little worried that I'd stand out like a clueless sore thumb, but all of the staff were very warm and welcoming. The Service here was terrible. I cane in and had to wait 20 minutes in line. Noone apologized for the wait or told us they would be with us soon. They just ignored everyone in line. The reason why it was taking so long was because the employee knew nothing about the product. When I finally got up to the counter I asked a couple simple questions about flavor and effects and they knew absolutely nothing about the product. I definitely would've rather just used preorder and then used a robot because at least it would give me a number and tell me they would be with me soon.
