I was able to find my items easily. I was looking for some moving materials and felt like a little kid in a candy shop with all the supplies. There were only self-checkout registers open, but there was a staff member available for assistance. She was very friendly.

Even Durfee Hardware in Cranston didn't have one (they had plenty of 2-way basic toggles) but this place, this tiny little place that I've driven by a thousand times without ever noticing, they knew exactly what I needed -had it in stock- gave me some wiring advice- and charged me all of $2.89 for it. It has been a nightmare to try to place an order. Calls not returned and order never placed. When calls are answered at the pro desk, they will keep placing on hold instead of talking to the customer. When I have worked with them, they have had terrible customer service. It's been a total waste of time, which is wild because they get credit and bonuses off the orders pros place and I have spent over 50-100k at home improvement stores within 6 months on renovations, so my sales are very easy for people to make money off of. I also place my orders in a quote for them and all they have to do is push it through to get credit. I will place my orders with other Lowe's.

In addition to lumber they have a small shop with things you'd use for woodworking projects. Any time I am looking at bowed or mangled pieces of lumber at a big box store I wish I had just gone to L Sweet. I want to go back but their business hours are a bit limited during times I am free and my car is too small to handle most of what I would want to buy. It would be worth it to inquire about delivery - I should do that myself!
