I ordered: -Chicken Taco on a corn tortilla: The chicken taco was actually very nice to eat- flavors were there and it was diced up into perfect portions. -Birria Tacos: Pretty juicy Birria- not the best ones I've had but certainly good ones. I will say the limes were dried out so they barely had any juice. -Churro: Pretty good churro- it has a filling inside of dulce de leche if I'm not mistaken. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quick and decent fix for Mexican foods as well as a reason to support a local business!

So many choices, had a difficult time making our decision. Me & spouse both went with brisket and a few different sides. I had the baked beans and the Gouda mac & cheese. He had potato salad and something else, I don't remember. Both came with cornbread which supposedly was just made. Being that most of the food was already made, you would believe that your meal would come quickly. That was not the case. Also we were the only people there. The food took way too long. When we got it, it was hot and the service was incredibly friendly. There wasn't a whole lot of flavor going on. The food wasn't bad, it just wasn't good barbecue. Lackluster. It was a decent lunch with generous portions and decent price point. And that's why I would come back. I would probably try some other menu items.

Long story, short the stars finally aligned and I found myself at the trailer, with an appetite when it was open. I'm glad that this finally worked out. I went with the Rajun Cajun. Good quality burger I suspect weighing in somewhere between 1/3 and 1/2 of a pound. Well seasoned and not too salty. Cooked to a perfect medium so it was good and juicy. I normally do not favor potato rolls but these was good soft bun that other buns should envy. The whole thing with the lettuce and tomato was packed in a clam-shell and even with the 7 minute drive home didn't turn into a soggy mess. While Scheduling may be a bit of a challenge, you can bet I'll be back when the stars once again align.
