Our plan was to relax, make memories, have good food and wine, and experience the beauty of Temecula wine country. Miramonte was our first vineyard and we had dinner there on the patio. We got a table that didn't have a view and instead it was in the middle of the patio dining area. There were so many other guests around us and it was loud. At least it was shaded and I think there were misters...? So that made things enjoyable in terms of the heat. We ordered their pitcher of White Sangria (which was somewhere around $42-$48). It said there was going to be peach in the batch with other fruit. The result was frozen berries in a very water downed pitcher if white wine and ice. I hate to say this, but I have had better White Sangria at The Olive Garden. The one I make at home was 100 x's better. For food we ordered the Charcuterie Board, which was huge! That was a very impressive display of cured meats and cheeses. Totally loved the pickled vegetables! We also ordered the Stuffed Mushrooms, Oaxacan Pepperoni & Honey Flatbread, and Truffle Garlic Fries (I think they said "truffle," but I could ne wrong because all I tasted was garlic and parm). The Mushrooms were delicious! I would order that dish again, but then again I am a lover of mushrooms. At the end, I was surprised to not get any Bach party recognition. Most of the places we went to, my girls and I got perks for the celebration. I mean the hostess didn't even wish a "Congratulations." At least she was nice to get a group shot with the beautiful sunset. I am usual a 5-star giver and I feel bad giving this place a 2-star. Luckily some of the food was actually good, so thank goodness a 3-star is the final result. I mean Miramonte did set our bar very low for the rest of the wineries thus making the other ones we went to on our trip were supreme -- which were Akash and Ponte. With that being said we also had a fun! They adapted to our riders on the tour. It was a mix of what we thought were quiet reserved personalities, friends, couples and families. They kept our purchases and personal items safe so we didn't have to carry them around all day. Gathered the forgetful and happy tourist back to bus to keep us on time. The music on trolley had variety of range for everyone. During the trolley tour all had bonded and became very comfortable with each other. On the way back to hotel everyone feeling happy and relaxed enjoyed themselves bobbing our heads and dancing to the mix of music provided. Although I may never see our group. I enjoyed bonding, sharing and learning about their lives if just for that day. We visited three wineries all a different vibe. One small family owned gave a traditional tour (saw where they processed wine appreciated that because the others didn't) loved the drunk bunny story!!! Second modern & trendy (they served beer and had a very nice outdoors area). The third, larger more commercial and served food. Large selection of wine.

We were in Temecula this weekend for a soccer tournament and were told by a friend that this winery was a must-visit -- and it absolutely lived up to the recommendation. Spencer made our visit truly exceptional. He was warm, attentive, and effortlessly accommodated our larger group while curating thoughtful and delicious tasting selections. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality elevated the entire experience. They have live entertainment outside and restaurant if you want food. I like how they had chips to buy at the tasting counter to snack on. I promise you those Miss Vickie's chips were on point!!! They also had tequila tasting if you wanted!!! I didn't try but next time I will you just have to reserve it. The wine room is also cute where they have all the wine barrels inside. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found out that Salsa Night had been moved to Saturday. There was no announcement on their website or social media, and no one contacted us to let us know about the change. Instead, there was a rock band playing, which wasn't what we had planned our evening around. It was disappointing because we chose this place specifically for the salsa music and dancing. I hope they do a better job communicating schedule changes in the future. A simple update online or a message to guests with reservations would have saved us the trip and the disappointment.

To my surprise, the property has grown to huge proportions, but my initial impression was unsatisfactory due to this beautiful site having an unpaved road leading up to the winery with huge potholes, rocks, and manhole covers that are like six inches above the ground, that I had to avoid hitting with my vehicle. To make matters worst, the parking area was dirt and sand that covered my vehicle and me as well. Once inside a gentleman explained the system and the membership sale. Greeted by Riley, she attempted to serve my tastings base on her knowledge of varietal and the offerings available at Bolero. Everything was as I recall From the Cava to their signature wines, everything was overwhelmingly sweet, lacked complexity, and composition. Great place for novice wine enthusiasts or party goers. $40 for five unsatisfying tastes was a total bummer! The two stars is due to Riley's excellent service. Not recommended.

Visiting wineries is a fun way to spend a Sunday in Temecula, yet the only down side is that the majority of wineries close at 5pm. The Peltzer, however, is open a bit later and usually till 7pm. I have a very nice time here. The two wines I tried here were very good. The service was friendly and welcoming. I happened to love the vibe and decor here a bit more as it was not all restaurant orientated. It felt more like a family friendly brewery where you can bring a board game and sip some wine and enjoy your time with friends. I would definitely come back to the Peltzer!

I was told by a staff member that the only food was out of the food truck in front of the building. I ordered nachos and a quesadilla, the waited for 1 hour to get my food, I had ordered by 6pm. I did not get my food until 7:05pm. Two employees were running the food truck and only one was working on the orders. By the time my food was handed to me it was past the time to go. Post ordering I was given a buzzer and was told to stay near because if it went off and I wasn't close it might not buzz. All of my friends were in the member area of the winery so I opted to stay near the food truck. I did ask about my order, I asked for it to just be cancelled but was told that it was being worked on; one hour later I finally received the smallest most bare carne asada nachos and a small quesadilla.
