The wine was right on the mark. The ambiance was incredible, great vibe on the patio. Music was nice and not too loud to overpower the talking. Our server at the bar was very friendly and knowledgeable. She described every wine we tried to a tee. We went with the Muscat, Zinfandel, Sav Blanc, and a Mexican lager beer. Very pleased and we shall return!!

I know most wineries offer a lot of options, but for some reason this one really stands out--especially for my wife. We're not big wine people or experts, but this is actually the only place where we end up buying bottles to take home. I can't remember the name of the wine we got, but it was that good. The whole vibe is super chill, and the views make it the perfect spot to just relax and enjoy a glass. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

My friend recommended akash, because he loved their wines! You can either sit in their lounge or they have multiple seating areas outside. I like that they have something for everyone, wine, beers, coffee shop and food truck (on Tuesday)! Great customer service, we wanted to try a hazy IPA and they also gave us a tasting of the double IPA, to compare, without us asking!

My favorite winery in Temecula wine country. The ambiance is the best out of the countless wineries I've been to out there. Ended up becoming a club member. They also offer wood grilled pizzas on the weekends.

Zinfandel and the Muscat I loved so much!

Akash Winery was the very first stop on my birthday weekend getaway with my husband, and it completely set the tone for an amazing trip! My husband and I haven't done much wine tasting together before, so this was a really special experience for us. Our initial host, Spencer, was fantastic. He explained to us how the wine tasting experience there works and how Akash is a bit different from other wineries because they blend fun, entertainment vibe with being a true, family owned winery where most of the wine is made right in house. It's such a cool atmosphere! We were seated outside with Tyler as our server, who was also great. The property is beautiful and they focus a lot on dry wines, which we loved. We tried a little bit of everything my husband's favorite was the Sauvignon Blanc, and I completely fell in love with their Muscat. I'm more of a sweet wine kind of girl. I had to buy a bottle right on the spot. Highly recommend stopping by here if you want great wine and a really fun, welcoming environment! Please note on Saturday, there are no kids allowed and a guard checks your car at the parking lot. I got the chance to experience both Friday and Saturday and I have to say they both are my vibes. Friday was more family chill and Saturday was live music and a turn up party! Can't wait to go back this summer!

Robert was so nice and helpful. It was my first time that I was visiting this winery and we were there for my friend's bachelorette. We had a charcuterie board and it had a nice variety that paired well with our wine tasting. The view of the vineyard was beautiful. The wine was tasty. I think my favorite was the Pinot Gris. I definitely would come back here because it was such a lovely experience!

Ambiance is amazing. Lots of seating inside and out. We came on a weekend so it was Pizza and Sandwiches which were amazing. The wine itself was not to my liking. Maybe poor selections on my end but I thought it was mediocre. The service was hit or miss. Some servers were friendly and generous with the pours while others were stingy and unfriendly. You could definitely notice a difference depending who poured your glass.

Had a great time on the first stop in Temecula at Akash. The wines were great, the service was excellent, and the views are beautiful. The vibe was very casual and decorated for Christmas. Our server Cliff made us feel right at home and have excellent suggestions for food and wine at neighboring wineries. I'd defiantly return and suggest you check them out.

If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would! I've been a member at Akash for the last 5 years, and from day one, they've made me feel like family. Their entire team is incredibly welcoming, knows you by name, and treats your guests like family as well. I celebrated my 42nd birthday in their private dining area in the vineyards just two weeks ago, and they made the entire planning process seamless. They connected me with their food and music partners for an extra personal touch and helped guide me from start to finish. A very special thank you to Moe, Elizabeth, Christina, Kathy, Dana, Spencer, and of course Akash himself -- not only for always going above and beyond every time I visit, but for making my birthday such a memorable experience. Highly recommend!

When you are in Temecula you have to stop by a winery. This day trip we hit Akash. Family owned. We loved it! Why?... *As you drive up the entrance towards the lot, you will be stopped by a very friendly guard who asks you 2 questions...(1) Do you have any children in your car? (2) Is everyone 21 & over? *No children are allowed here...not even infants...It was refreshing not to have children in an "adult" environment...just sayin... *Beautiful grounds & great views *Mo served our drinks at the bar. He was great! He answered all of our questions which made it easier to order ~ We had the Sparkling Rose, Sangria & a loaded Mango Aqua Fresca (the sangria and the sparkling wine were fab, the loaded aqua fresca was okay. *I would go with the guava one next time. *The Sky Lounge was hopping on a Saturday afternoon. There was a huge bar in front of the wine barrels and a merch area *They have several "member's only sections *Live Music *Delicious food *Friendly staff *Great for large parties and special gatherings *Dogs allowed Plenty of parking in the lot. Bring a hat and sunglasses...lots of direct sunlight if you sit outside Can't wait to go back for a longer visit!

Beautiful property with plenty of parking and seating space. They do have a private seating area for their club members. You order inside and can sit anywhere. We shared a flight and sat on a table outside to enjoy the sunset. They had a few other guests and we noticed that they were setting up for a proposal during sunset. It was beautiful setup and we enjoyed our time here. They had some food items for sell and a Mexican food truck on property which I got a taco from. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back

A friend of mine is a member and I immediately chose to become one also after my first visit! Two years later and I have deep affinity for this space. Quality wine, a beautiful tasting room and outdoor terrace. Warm and informed staff that makes the entire experience feel elevated without ego - you've gotta meet Mo! It's a gathering space to catch up with family, friends and loved ones with glasses raised! Oh and there's rotating food vendors so if you need more than charcuterie, you're in luck... Spring/Summer Favorites: The Muscat Caneli is a great first glass for folks on the sweeter side. I sense "notes" of apricot, citrus and honey - it's nice. Overall favorite, Dreamville Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc. Not available as of this review, though such a bright and refreshing pour! A toast has to be made. The Dreamville Sauvignon Blanc is a staple for me! It's earthy and feels smooth to taste. You'll find yourself a repeat offender, so go for the bottle for the table - have some manners! For the rosé lovers, I'd say go for the Sparkling Rosé! It has notes of cranberry and I'm eyeing a couple of bottles for holiday cocktails. *wink* Fall/Winter Favorites: I go for the reds! The Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Merlot I enjoy, each with their own unique character. Though less peppery than I prefer, The Cab is still quite robust. The Merlot, atypical to those I've tried elsewhere, is bolder - a nice surprise to have more body to taste. The Dreamville Blend No. 67 takes the crown though. It embodies everything I love in a firey red, perfect for cooler months! Highly recommend if it wasn't apparent!

I've visited Akash Winery in Temecula several times over the past couple of years, and each visit has been a pleasant experience. The winery itself is beautiful, modern, and offers great views. It's spacious, and the open-air patio is relaxing. Their wine lineup is solid and consistent. I've enjoyed trying different flights on each visit, and their Estate Cabernet Sauvignon and Dreamville Syrah are favorites for me. The staff is mostly (some more than others) friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to chat about the wines or offer recommendations. I appreciate that they also have beer, though some options aren't available for a taster since they're canned only. The beers are solid, as they're brewed at 8-bit Brewing. A great brewery in Murrieta! The only minor downside is that on weekends or during events, it can get quite busy. This sometimes means longer waits for tastings or limited seating in shaded areas, especially on hotter days. Akash Winery has live music on weekends, food trucks and pop-up dining, special wine release parties, seasonal celebrations, and occasional winemaker dinners with curated pairings. There is always something happening at Akash, which I certainly appreciate; however, I also value the opportunity to simply relax and enjoy a more tranquil atmosphere, especially with a glass of wine and the beautiful views. They are dog-friendly and do not allow outside food or beverages on the property. However, they always offer charcuterie, caviar service, and snacks for sale in the tasting room.

Tastings are $25 for six pours on weekdays and $30 on weekends, and you can choose any six wines from the list--including red or white sangria, which was unique. The setup is self-guided, so you can wander the property, sit wherever you'd like, and return to the tasting bar whenever you're ready for your next pour. Unfortunately, that's where the experience slowed down. There was only one person serving, and with about 10 people in line, every refill meant another long wait. As for the wines, they just didn't wow me (of course, that's purely my personal opinion). The standout was the Syrah. We also tried the cheesecake = Overall, the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere were positives, but the long waits and average wines made the experience fall short of what I'd hoped for.

From the moment we walked into Julie's Dream over a year ago, we knew that this vineyard was special. We were referred here from more than one winery multiple times, and we finally decided to go. We were warmly greated and shown to a spot at their beautiful counter. Time was taken to find out each of our wine preferences. My mom loves her whites, while I love my reds and whites both. The staff worked with us to find the wines that best fit each of our pallets. My mom loved their Chardonnay and Reisling, while I loved their Reisling, Chardonnay and Cab Franc, plus many others. We walked away wine members in September of 2025. Angie was absolutely amazing!!! She heads the wine club, and was incredibly understanding when it came to the fact that we live in a "hot state" and shipping is difficult during the bulk of the year. My mom and I make trips twice a year to Temecula and try and pick up all of membership shipments during those trips. Angie has been more than accommodating about this. They recently rolled out their new red and white sangria, which took up a lot of their storage floor space. But Angie made surr to keep or wines stored for us. I have had other wineries push for shipping despite being less than optimal temperature and weather. But Angle will not compromise on the quality of their wines. Every week a news letter gets published showing what food and entertainment will be happening. And, if anything changes, you can could on Angie and her crew keeping you posted.
